Portions have became tiny.. rude staff / lazy. The female manager is really rude. Taco Bell has better service!
Rude employees. Didn’t seem like they wanted to help us at all. Not helpful with ordering either. The food tasted good which is the only reason I give it two stars. Maybe hire some people with better customer service?
Rude Employee ?. "Are you guys out of salsa?" I asked. No response. Asked again. "what I got" was the answer. "What I got" was lettuce, cheese and sour cream.Ok...We left
No cheese so they said I could have queso instead then they charged me for the queso. They would not take it off. I should have just left.Edit. Somehow had a delivery order from them 2 months later. Never seen someone mess up an order worse in my life. The only thing correct on it was rice. Not sure how this place operates.
Chipotle quality has just gone way down hill. I tried them again after a few months hiatus but was again disappointed. Food was just ok and they got our order wrong. I’m done with chipotle. There are much better local Mexican options nearby.
Worst chipotle experience ever. The first server obviously was upset she had to work today then proceeded to tell us she was out of lettuce and veggies. The place was filthy dirty, too.
Worst chipotle location ever , like I don’t know if this place is a joke or what ??♂️ The guy with the dread locks was soooooooo F….. rude omg ? what a joke .he was trying to tell me something but was not opening his big mouth to talk and I was like sir I really can’t hear you , then he got mad and said bro you have attitude ? like what ??? Then we started arguing. If you don’t like working at chipotle just quit and go get an office job jeezzzzzzzz. Get him fired
Everytime I order from this location they get something wrong.. if you order extra or guacamole or queso, they always fail to put it on. Save yourself some time & get chipotle from a different location.
I have been to this location a few times and I dont think I will be going back. I did an online order today and my guac was completely brown and gross. The bowl I got had hardly any toppings and was mostly beans and rice.
Would give 0/5 stars if I could. We were told they were out of many various ingredients when we could see them fully stocked behind the counter. On top of that the employee serving us was super rude to me and other customers. No discount offered either… was charged full price for literally rice and beans. Would not recommend!!!
