The bad reviews just solidified why I won’t go here again. Nearly everything on the online ordering was “unavailable”. When we went inside to order one guy in front of us left bc they were out of so much. The beans were dry and I asked if they had more bc there’s no way I was going to eat old stale mushy beans. They were out of SO MANY items. I’ve worked in food service. They were barely “starting” to make chicken to replenish what they didn’t have. Another employee took the 3 tacos that the guy started to order and decided to make her own tacos…while there was a line!! These people need help. Some employees were really nice but BAD management makes them all look bad and that’s not fair! They were out of ice too. That sucked. This place needs serious help. ALSO wanted to ad one employee had gloves on and was touching her hair, face, pulling up her pants, and continued to touch all the chips. That’s gross!!
Get staff or just close so a business that runs better can move into your place. This location is absolutely disgusting. Filthy inside and understaffed. The large woman working says it will be easier if you tell me everything you want in your burrito at once. Then leaves the one employee working hard to finish and operate the register.
Incredible. I think a 2.7 average says it all…but this place is clueless I’m afraid. We arrived at 11:00 am on a Friday and was told we could only order on the app. No biggie…we did as they said it would be 5 minutes. We then waited 45 minutes to get our food. 45 minutes! Meanwhile, other customers were arriving and ordering at the counter and having their food in hand in 3 minutes. I asked twice what the delay was, and not so customer friendly response was always something…”waiting for steak. Waiting for another worker”. Whatever. The place needs to be closed. They just don’t care. Period.Oh…and no napkins at the dispenser so I asked for more. “We’re out of napkins”. What a joke this place is. If chipotle is a franchise, you owners need to step in. If it’s a corporate store…then you need to close it down. BRUTAL
This chipotle is clearly having a rough go of it. Walked in to be told they only accept online orders and that there isn’t enough staff to run both lines. They had 5 people working but I don’t know how many people it takes per line so maybe that isn’t enough. Ordered online and sat in store to wait and it took at least 10 min longer than it said. We ordered drinks as well and their pop machine didn’t even have ice. So we got warm pop.I know Covid has made staffing tough but the experience is so bad you might as well just close.
ordered carnitas and got a bowl of beans rice and corn. Not the first time my order was messed up or missing items. then the kids that work there is soooo disrespectful ?
This location is awful, they don’t know the meaning of customer service. Ordered through the app for delivery and received the wrong order. They wouldn’t do anything to fix it. They didn’t offer to remake our order, no refund, nothing. Also this isn’t the first time we’ve had issues with this location. I ordered through the app, only to find out from the delivery driver that they weren’t actually open, so I never received the food that I paid for. I tried getting a refund and never heard back. I strongly recommend you go to another location until this one gets their act together.
I really don’t like to leave bad reviews, and before I say anything negative, I did think the staff were very nice. However, my order was lost when I went to pick it up and I waited 15 minutes extra for it. This alone was okay. However, when I got home, they had given me carnitas rather than fajitas (luckily I’m not vegan) and completely left out beans (which I ordered extra) and added the wrong salsa.
I have never been more disappointed at a chipotle. I ordered for pick up at 3:00 (website says they close at 4:00). They were out of fajita veggies and lettuce. Keep in mind I am a vegetarian. I will not being going back to this Chipotle location again.
Staff didn't know how to make a quesadilla correctly. She said they don't make bean and cheese quesadillas. Manager said that's how they make it as seen in the photo. Also they don't roast the corn, which is supposedly roasted corn salsa! Manager was very rude, gave me the wrong change when I asked for a refund and then a staff member threw the change in my hand when I told her I was given the wrong change. Staff were mocking me and laughing at me. I will never come back here.
Change your hours "open" to what they actually are. Don't allow pick up orders if you're going to randomly close early. Thanks for taking my money and telling my husband when he went to pick up "oh we didn't even make that since we were closing at 8" customer service is not a thing at this location. Not our first horrible experience here, but will be the last one. This place is a joke, including majority of their rude staff members.
