My boyfriend & I work different hours so he usually picks me up some breakfast before he goes into work.Consistently my bagel isn’t toasted & my latte is 1/4 empty with no whipped cream and Carmel drizzle.It’s just a little frustrating when you give a direct order and it doesn’t come back how it should.I love Einstein’s but the one in Minnetonka never seems to get the order right.I work in customer service so I know things happen but this is consistent. Just unfortunate. But thankful I get anything.
Fast and friendly service. Food was good and coffee tasted delicious.

They do a great job here. This is NOT an Einsteins however. This is a Caribou. Google needs to update its information.

I ordered a nova lox bagel it was not good, because they make up the lox bagel beforehand instead of making it fresh an opened faced. You can't order the bagel you want only on plain bagel an no modifications or substitutions because the bagel is already made the night before or in the early morning.
We have gone here multiple times through the drive thru. Service is slow when there are cars in front of you. The food is alright but it is inconsistent. Sometimes it's better made and other times it's thrown together messily. Drinks are average and more consistentky made.
Love this place. Staff are wonderful.
I am very disappointed in this Einstein's because they have chosen to NOT participate in the Shmear Society program. According to a reliable source, they have the ability, but state that they do not have the ability, to participate. You do get to earn points, but cannot redeem them at this location. I had to drive all the way from Minnetonka to the Brooklyn Center Einstein's to redeem our points. This 2 star review is my prod for this location to get with it for the sake of customer appreciation; stop making your customers go elsewhere for redemption of Shmear points!
Caribou is always good. Don't get scared by the turkey sausage because turkey is in the name. It's amazing. Underrated if you ask me.
