The barista‘s at this location are very good. Best mocha I’ve had in years! It’s also really nice and comfortable inside.

Caribou is a great place to grab a coffee while you work. The staff are friendly and helpful. Seating is limited when it is busy. There are many seats with electric nearby to plug in devices. It can get loud when it is busy.
Your instant powder chai was pretty yucky.
Ordered a simple Mocha...espresso, milk and chocolate....nothing fancy or special in the drive through. Should have known I made a mistake when she asked me if milk chocolate was ok. I go 5 miles from the place, took a sip and found out I paid for straight coffee!! If you're going to hire people, make sure they know the difference in products!!
