The employees at this location are great! I was in today shortly after 4. I couldn't decide what to order since I don't go to Caribou very often The young lady that took my order helped me decide. She was very friendly, and the employee that handed me my drink had a big, friendly smile, Even though she was wearing a mask, her face lit up, I could tell.

The guy who takes your order on weekday mornings will just make your entire day better. Great staff, good coffee. Don't order the matcha.

I ordered matcha green tea bubble tea . They didn’t make the matcha tea correctly. It is too water and has a weird flavor compared to other caribou shops.

Manager was rude and condescending and treated us like we were imposing on her to order an iced latte and turtle mocha. Then she serves us a hot chocolate instead as if we're too stupid to know the difference in the taste. And proceeds to mock us for not remembering a phone number and having to look it up.
I went to the caribou in the ridgedale mall and witnessed a barista step out of the bar area and THROW UP into a small cardboard box then throw the box in the customer trash can and go back to work!! I'll say it again for the people in the back...he puked....at work.....not in a bathroom...not out of sight...and & then just kept making drinks for people?...I know things happen, sometimes you don't see it coming?...If we are really giving everyone the benefit of the doubt here, but I'm just really out when HE WENT BACK TO WORK?! His Manager should have sent him home. The only redeeming aspect is that that was before I ordered so I could just leave and never come back again ever.
