Love the staff here. And thr pretzels!
Pretzels are my kids' favorite snacks. Auntie Anne's has perfected the art of making pretzels. My favorite is the almond pretzel.
They have a really great staff!
Have gotten undercooked pretzels before and staff have sometimes been disrespectful. But overall I am in love with auntie Anne’s and I will continue to go to get fresh delicious pretzels.
It’s tricky how they take order. They asked me which add on I wanted like it comes with no charge. And when I found out it is additional charge they made it sound it’s too late. I’m never going back to this one again.

I love this place. The staff are delightful, the service is top notch. I am so glad to be a regular customer here. The manager has a wonderful personality and the staff are so courteous. Ridgedale is lucky to have this gem.
Great experience with one of the employees the last time I was at this location. She was so nice and helpful and I thought that it was great hope she went out of her way to do so. I would definitely go back based upon my interactions with her unfortunately I did not get her name but it was a good experience that I wanted to share.
The service here was terrible. The staff seemed like they were walking through molasses they moved so slow and they were not friendly at all. As if that weren’t bad enough, when I got my pretzel it was hard and tasted terrible. Also, charging a dollar for bad cheese is unacceptable. Would not recommend.
