This was the first time we ordered from them. We ordered 5 menu items and everything was good. Delivery was fast.

Xin Wong has amazing Chinese food. The food taste delicious, and I love that they have vegiterian options. I definitely recommend getting the vegetable chow mein. Do people at Xin Wong speak mandarin Chinese? (Xin Wong is a great place to order food by the way!)

I wish this review was a good one. I have ordered from Xin Wong for many years. Tonight, I tried to order online and the website said it didn't deliver in my area. Must be a mistake, I thought. Okay. So I called. The woman on the phone said she couldn't hear me and hung up on me. I called back. When I tried to explain, she hung up on me again. Frankly, Fresh Wok is much better anyway. I ordered from Fresh Wok and am enjoying some cashew chicken that is much better than anything made a Xin Wong. Seriously. In these Covid times, let's not give our precious money to businesses who don't respect us.

Great food, fast delivery. Lost a star because they wanted to charge me $2.00 for extra mushroom on a dish that is $7.50 !!! Very unreasonable amount. Inflation is high but not that high.

I wanted to like this place because of all the positive reviews, but it was underwhelming. Whatever happened to crab wontons? At least those had something besides straight plain cream cheese. The fried dumplings needed green onions, or more if it had any, to add to the taste. The beef wonton/dumping thing was decent but didn’t stand out. The orange and sesame chicken were solid-what-you’d-expect dishes. As for the lemon chicken, avoid it, it was the worst of the entrees because it consisted of battered chicken, which lacked salt, and a container of “lemon sauce.” The lemon sauce was kinda gnarly as it tasted like a butter dip with a sprinkle of lemon juice. It reminded me of the butter sauces for lobster but worse. Don’t get your hopes up and if you have medium to low expectations and you’ll be fine. To be honest, you might as well hit up Panda or Leeanns.

Really poor customer practices, and disregard for basic food safety/cross contamination protocols. My family and I used to order here regularly for Christmas. Decided to carry on the tradition and had an allergic reaction to an item I order regularly. After I had recovered and called them to let them know, I was told that I was unreasonable to expect a refund for such a thing, and that they would not process a refund unless I brought the offending dish to their restaurant.

Amazing food! Fast delivery! (well usually most of the time, sometimes they are extremely busy and I understand.) Love the shrimp rolls and fried appetizers. Best rolls I've ever ate. Delicious. Customer service is usually pretty nice, but I usually order online. Love you guys, thanks.

Waited over an hour for our food. It was cold when arrived. The rice was missing and what we did have lacked flavor and undercooked. Hopefully just caught them on a bad day.

Rude rude rude!! She could understand my order and kept getting it wrong so she refused me service and hung up on me!! I have lived over south since a child and has been a customer for many year’s!! I cannot believe I was treated this way!! I won’t ever spend another dollar with them!!

Undercooked fried appetizers and generally kinda a gut bomb but it's fast n' cheap so now ya know
