I eat here a lot, but I recently stop because they recently hired a girl who doesn't haveanners and respect. Minis that it now takes too long to get your food ready and the are no one waiting. So, I came and ordered my breakfast and I was the only customer in line. I placed my first order and was in the middle of ordering the second and this girl just cut me off and gave me the wrong g other. I got to the window and I explained to this nice lady at the window what happened and she told me every customer complains about this particular employee. I could here her from the back arguing with the manager, but couldn't come to the window. I think if people are gonna leave their ? to come give a customer attitudes when I'm I'm spending my money to buy what I want to eat, you should just stay home and not even come to work. I literally stopped buying here because of her bad manners and approach. Hope the replace her with someone better.
I sat in the drive thru 45 mins I'm not happy I can make them at home in 60 seconds what is going on with this place please let me know thanks
Don't ever go to this location again. I ordered medium fish niblers and I got a small friggin box which is the size of a slider. The same goes for my chicken rings. Poor customer service and shady as hell. I would rate negative infinity if possible. I'm also deleting the white castle app. No mote white castle for the rest of my life.
Drive through stopped taking orders at 1:50am, but resturaunt doesn't close until 2am. Rushed here after work for no reason. Usually cone here a few days a week after work, but i won't bother waiting my time anymore.
I had a hair on my sandwich, and I took it back, and the manager just made everything over, and apologized for it, and made everything over. I don't know if he believed me, or not, but I think it was just his personality, just cooler than a fan I suppose. He was not rude
The food was really good. However the place was dirty and it took over 5 minutes for any acknowledgment to order and another 20 minutes for a small order.
This restaurant is extremely dirty they're extremely slow took over 6 minutes for somebody to take our order because they were just staring at us and moving as slow as snails to do anything. Then we stood there for at least another 10 minutes why they made it in the slowest fashion possible. And then another customer walked in they jumped up to take her order I guess I must have been the wrong color. She had her food within a few minutes. I would have rated at 0 but it won't allow.
I love white castle but avoid this one at night. The black lady working the drive through is a pain to deal with. I won't consider going back to this location until they hire better staff.
White Castle is the bomb! Why you ask? Because out of most large chain hamburger restaurants, they to me, are by far the best tasting because what I tasted 30-40 years ago still taste like that today!
Slowest restaurant I’ve ever been to! From the south so we don’t have any white castles down there, but I’m hoping this isn’t the norm for all of them because the amount of time I spent in this drive thru to pick up a door dash order is atrocious! Not only that but there’s a homeless dude knocking on peoples windows in the drive thru to get money and we can’t go anywhere because we are all stuck in the line. Never again will I visit this location.
