The food was delicious, hot and fresh but we waited for about 10-15 min just to put our order in, because they allow people to walk up to their drive thru windows. Then we waited another 10 min for our order. Staff was friendly though and they got our order correct. I was disappointed that they said they didn't have any of their smoothies available, they looked really good and I wanted something fruity. Maybe you should advertise that you stop serving them at a certain time for cleaning or something, so your customers aren't disappointed everytime they order them at night.
Don't waste your time or money at this location. Drive thru is extremely slow, over 25 minutes sitting in the line, and then was handed someone else's order. Drove back to try and get it fixed, waited again, and ONCE AGAIN was given an incorrect order (and no receipt, so no way for me to try and get a refund). You can have a way less frustrating time trying to get fast food anywhere else.
They got rid of the old white woman a few years ago. She was pathetic and her PH balance was off so she had issues. ..since she left and her crew of roaches left customer service been a bit better. Still the service is slow. Can’t complain too much about .80 sliders
This is a decent location and nice that it is open late, but not my favorite location in the area. Disappointing that the menu says they serve breakfast all day, yet they don’t. Other 24hr locations do. :( Drive Thru isn’t that efficient at night. On the positive side the food was pretty good. Fries excellent, chicken sliders very good, double sliders tasted like the grill needed to be cleaned. Better than some not as good as most WC locations.
Out of all White Castle restaurants this location is the best. I taste big difference. I had it quite a few times about 2-3 years ago and now I was passing by and stopped here to eat. As it was before now it's still the best out of many I've been at. Thank you.
This place is just like the rest of the WORLD, SHORT on HELP!!! This employee shortage at this place is the ONLY reason We seen the line EVER SO LONG, I'm talking 30-40 min wait tyme but it was after 4a.m. on a weekday, lbs... They were also out of quite a bit of their products but the food we did get was good & CORRECT!!!
I have been here twice and it takes a half hour tp get your food. The second time i got to the drive through pick up and they had lost my order, White Castle restaurants are for people who have a lot of time on their hands. You are better off getting White Castle Hamburgers frozen from the grocery store..
the dinning area was the dirtiest I've ever seen
Just ordered DoorDash after not working at the location for a while. My order was practically cold. The ENTIRE order was messed up and my drinks were coke when I ordered HI-C. The sandwiches that I did receive were sausage instead of bacon (only one was bacon)… I didn’t receive none of the desserts. Don’t eat here, If only you knew.
I drank a bunch of beer during the Twins game, and had a White Castle craving afterward. I ate way too many burgers and fries, and felt completely awful all night. Had terrible stomach pains for the morning after, and I couldn't stop chugging water due to the amount of sodium in the food. I would expect nothing less from White Castle, and hope they continue to ruin bowels from coast to coast. *chefs kiss*
