We had the pleasure of attending a pop up at Steady Pour with Yia and crew and it did not disappoint. Each course built on each other and it was such a pleasure to get to talk with Yia himself before the meal service began. Many of the dishes we had were new to me as I wasn't familiar with traditional Hmong food. Now I want more and I look forward to when your brick and mortar finally opens.
Just watched a video about this restaurant and it made me really Happy and teary. Love the concept and the aim of this restaurant. I am writing this review because I want to be there and indulge myself in this cuisine. Wishing you guys the best.

Kickstarter restaurant from the wonderful people who own Union Hmong Kitchen. This restaurant will be a jewel in Minnesota and I'm glad to support them. Now, if you've never been to Union, go there now and allow your taste buds to be curious. I miss those duck hearts.
