I would recommend ordering online ahead of time, as you can have less of a wait time within the store. The large tablet within the store for ordering was easy to use and had photos of all the drinks. The drinks are sizeable (a medium is more than enough) and the signature brown sugar is very sweet.
The lady at the register checked in a group of 3 people and 2 other customers after me and made their drinks first. I went up to her and told her I waited for a while and other people already got their drinks. She told me I didn’t tip at the credit card machine so I got served last. Usually you only tip when you’re sitting down and being serve. Which there no table or chair and I had to sit on the ground by the edge of the window waiting. I wouldn’t recommend going to this please, they have horrible customer service, have no where to sit and expect a huge tip.
My kids love this place. It's not as nice inside as some of the other places nearby but they like this boba tea more that the others we've tried. I'll admit that it is growing on me too.
I got the #6 and didn’t enjoy it very much so I went back and got the usual #1 the girls were very sweet about swapping my order and by far the best boba I had!! Customer service is key because I I’m coming here everyday after class thank you ladies!!

I guess they don't have that option at all? But she could at least explain about it when I asked, but she'd just stared at me for seconds. And that was very uncomfortable and I would not go back bc of that. They need to train their employees appropriately.

Their Boba Pearl Latte was pretty good. I liked the coffee/boba taste and it was quite refreshing. My only complaints would be that there was too much ice and their boba pearls were smaller than expected.
this has been my go-to boba spot now for the past few months! the flavor is top tier & the boba pearls are something else, love it!
The drink itself was really beautiful but when trying it, mine tasted pretty plain and not as sweet as I would like. it was modified it to a lactose free milk so that’s probably why, but seeing as they offered that as an option, I was surprised how bland it came to be. The service was nice though and efficient but I don’t think I would come back for anything but the aesthetic.
Took my husband here for his first bubble tea experience. Although he was not a fan of the bubbles and jellies textures, he said the drinks were tasty! I love bubble tea and thought these drinks were great! Lots of bubbles in the drinks and many delicious options. Wish there were a few more fruity options on the menu.
