One of my favorite theaters ever! Real butter on the popcorn, a small bar, and a great variety of shows. One of the few 35mm projectors left!
Beautiful Theater. Would like to see the employees smiling faces and not have to disclose my private medical information to enter now that multi officials including Fauci have stated that masks etc are not necessary.
First time here during the pandemic for the Hockeyland screening.Vaccination screening was efficient and quick. Great experience.
The Parkway looks great after the remodel. I love that they offer movies, live music, and comedy performances. They offer cult movie classics, like during Halloween and Christmas, as well as other holiday favorites. I went to the Rocky Horror Picture Show and loved the audience participation with props. It was like I was back at the Uptown Theatre decades ago! I hope they continue to have unique offerings.
I just love the staff, the old world decor, movie choices, live music, the new restrooms decorated in art deco style, the popcorn ? and THE BAR❗ Did I mention the staff!?! Stellar.

Went to see Halloween this evening at the Parkway Theater, first time seeing a movie there and definitely my last. People were in and out of the theater during the entire movie to buy drinks. Also, the constant chatter was extremely rude. This wasn’t just inside the theater but, you could hear the staff talking out in the lobby quite lousy. This was something that my husband looked forward to and chose this for his birthday (yes, his actual birthday) to see this movie on the big screen and thanks to the lack of consideration from employees and patrons alike, it was less than enjoyable. Maybe, in the future, alcohol sales end when the show starts and do away with the cans of soda!
