Service was wonderful! Got the whiskey sampler, ribs were tender, shrimp was cooked perfectly, chicken was way over cooked.
Husband and I went here for our anniversary we brought our kids the grilled chicken sandwiches were amazing! The staff were very polite and overall amazing!
I mean it's a chain restaurant and you get what you expect you'll get. I'd say go for the drinks and not the food because the drinks are tasty, creative and the bartenders are great. Sit in the bar.
TGI Friday's was my childhood favorite growing up but then they switched the menu and some recipes and it was horrible. Recently my family and I went for mother's day. Amazing customer service and even better food! Just like I remembered. It has now become my favorite again and brings back all those great memories. Thanks for bringing back the original potato skins!
Horrible - I have nothing good to say about my experience here. I took my children there for a birthday dinner. We had a party of (8) Half of the food was served and the others were not eating, just waiting watching their siblings eat. When I went to complain the waiter explained she had forgot to put in my other meals?. My 4 year olds chicken strips were burnt I mean very hard - he was still trying to eat them then told me his jaw hurts. My daughter didn’t like her drink (Shirley Temple) , she was told it’s .50 to change out the drink!! There was no compensation for forgetting to put in half of our food. The server was forgetful the service was unorganized. I hated it here I would never plan another event, celebration or even casual dinner out with my children at this establishment in any city. Experiences do matter!!! Now every year on my daughters birthday I’ll remember the horrible experience we had at Fridays.
Love this location! Staff is always great here! Very attentive and nice. Our waitress Taylor was the best waitress I've ever had! She was super attentive and always kept up with us and her other tables and didn't lose her cheerful attitude the entire time we were here. Will definitely be coming back again!
We went there for my wife's birthday. At first we ordered Philly cheese egg rolls. Those were great, we also ordered fried mushrooms. Those were half frozen and half cooked. I have yet to figure that out. Anyways we sent them back and got new ones which were cooked longer and delicious. The plate my wife ordered came with a steak, mushrooms, and melted cheese. It was on a bed of mashed potatoes and a side of Fried mushrooms. She ordered the steak medium. It came out Well Done, and again the fried mushrooms were half frozen and half cooked. My wife sent the plate back and just ate hers and my side of ribs. My steak I ordered rare, came to me medium well - done. Our waitress was great and did what she could. What was more disappointing then the food was No manager came to our table to apologize. Mind you they were not that busy. I have worked in the food industry for 10 years+ and this is the first time I felt not valued or appreciated as a customer.03-09-22 I did email that person at the email you gave. My emails keep getting returned to me. Does this mean they are not getting them, or is that an auto response for your email system?
We got the peanut butter whiskey drink. It was garnished with black salt on the rim. And a strawberry,peanut butter cup. It was disgusting. So, i ordered a berry motito,it was okay. But 9$, overpriced.We got a whiskey glazed burger with fries, whiskey glazed chicken tenders. They were more like chicken bites. They were super overcooked, hard. All breading,not meat.We also got the loaded fries, and they were soggy. And the jalapeños were weak,not even spicy. I hate going here, even if i have a coupon.
We went this past Sunday, and the hostess was very awkward while seating us. We had a group of 5(3 were kids), and other smaller groups were sat immediately, while we waited. Many tables were available, but not cleared to seat us. Instead of clearing a table to seat us, she continued to seat smaller groups. The food was good, but really pricey. Overall the experience was less than I would expect from TGI Fridays.
Service was really good. Food tasted good. The amount of fries you get is really low - the equivalent of a small fries at a fast food place.
