Haven't been to Friday's since before the pandemic. Went with a friend for dinner and drinks. The first set of drinks, a Cape Cod and Long Island Ice Tea were great. My friend ordered another Long Island Ice Tea and this one had foam on top and stayed there the entire time. It didn't taste like the first one. He had to have it remade. It came out again with less foam but these drinks should not have foam.We proceeded with ordering dinner. I was disappointed that they discontinued one of the most popular salads on the menu which was the Parmesan Crusted Chicken Salad. Who wants to order a simple salad like a Chicken Ceasar Salad or a Cobb Salad. You can get those anywhere.I ended up getting the Sizzling Chicken & Cheese entree. When I received it, the entee was not centered and was overcooked and not visually appealing. When the server came back and asked how the meal was, I explained that the chicken was overcooked and dry. She asked if I wanted a new one, but I didn't want to wait. The presentation doesn't even look like how they present it online.My friend had the Chicken Parmesan Pasta. His was OK. He had this before at another location, but the pasta was overcooked and the sauce on the chicken was not fresh appearing and liked like it sat under the heat to long and looked dry.We ended up with my meal being comped which was nice, but the expeditor and server should question any food or drink that doesn't look normal or presentable. I work in food service and I would have never served these items.The restaurant was dead so I don't understand how the food came out the way it did.
Timing of service was good. Had multiple people checking on beverage refills. Quick to take our orders. Everything else was horrendous.I told the server I’m a vegetarian and don’t eat meat. Shared a tortellini plate with Alfredo with the chicken on the side. Didn’t get any bits of chicken in the sauce til I packed it up. I realized then the Alfredo had bits of pieces of chicken in. Literally you’re one job as a server know the menu and ingredients inside and out…Also, my friend said the chicken on the app plate was cooked too much and ended up being too hard to eat.Literally I have two jobs a full time day job and a serving job at a country club. Even though I’m there only one day a week I know the lunch and dinner menu inside and out and know the ingredients of the dishes and potential allergens and mods that might be needed for vegetarian, vegan, and/or gluten free.Never going back to a TGI Fridays again.
My experience only. I generally like Fridays. It was nice looking and very large, but there were only a couple of other tables taken. We waited about 5 minutes to get seated. Doesn't sound bad but we were the only ones waiting. Waitress was OK. Nothing special. We had to ask for refills. Food was Fridays. It was good. Service was not very good. I still tipped. This won't stop me from going to Fridays again. Just maybe not to this one.
My 99 year old Dad and I stopped for a quick lunch, or so I thought. We were made to stand and wait to even be Acknowledged. 20 minutes later we placed our order to wait another 25 minutes for our food. We only ordered an appetizer platter. Then when we got it the chicken was so hard we couldn’t eat it. Told the manager and he said I’ll have some freshly made. When the bill came he charged us for a order of chicken wings! Never going back!!!

Today I visited TGI Fridays. I put 1? because the system doesn't allow to put 0? or -. The atmosphere in general is pretty good. But!..The Menu is not specified or just half. When I asked the server about the plate from pictures of their TGI site he said they have it, NOT saying this plate doesn't come with 2 pieces of chicken anymore but 1. I guess he simply didn't care or he didn't know which is not professional at all.
Food was ok. They seemed short staffed only having 2 servers for the building.
Do not sit outside the bar area or your service will not be great. Waiter barely checked on us and dumped water in my sprite. The bar staff is awesome though and very friendly.
Excellent service!!! Hostess was amazing, our waiter was the best there is, the food was delicious!!!
Terrible experience. After ordering our drinks we didn’t receive them until our food finally came after asking 3 times for them. We also had the server spill an alcoholic beverage all over us, while apologized the manager came over and said “we don’t care if you don’t care.” As we got the bill we were still being charged for the spilt drink? Don’t recommend.Won’t be coming back.
