This spot is such a hidden gem. Easily one of the better burgers in the twin cities and the menu is solid top to bottom. The self service concept for food ordering and beer/wine isn’t really unique anymore after restaurants adapted to COVID (and pay by the ounce self pouring beer spots cropped up) but these guys were perfecting it before it was a necessity. Can’t stress enough how the neighborhood-y vibe of this place really ices the cake. It makes it a great spot to watch a game, grab a quick lunch or take the family for dinner.

The concept is fun and the food is good. They have a somewhat limited but decent tap selection of beer, cider and wine.Probably don't go while they're having trivia night unless you want to play; there was nowhere we could get away from the noise of it, even outside. In order to pay for drinks by the ounce they give you a special card that is tied to your credit card. But it doesn't work for the food. I ended up with three charges because I ordered an app and a soda, a little while later ordered dinner, and also got drinks. I'd prefer just to put everything on the special card. Or have the option to just order small/medium/large on the alcohol so I can order it with my food. I don't really need the level of control to pay by the ounce, nor can I do a pour like a professional bartender can... non-foamy beer was hard to achieve for someone like me and my friends.

Nice rotating craft beer and wine selection, all on tap, so you can sample whatever interests you in whatever quantity suits you. Outdoor seating is abundant, and the section tucked under the trees is lovely. Street parking was easy too. Cheers!

Tap Society is consistently a good experience. It is alway fun to try different drinks from their taps and the food is excellent!

Love this place! Great place for a burger, fries, and best of all BEER! They have a great happy hour menu and the beers are always flowing! We typically get flights to try many different styles of beer. Also, this is self service where you can mix different beers together and make your own homemade concoctions. Highly recommend!

Food was good and reasonably priced. Self serve beer and wine is an interesting and cool concept.

Staff has been nice every time we have visited, probably 8-10 times in the last 2 years. Food is fine, nothing special. The best part is being able to pour your own beers in small portions, allowing you to sample several. The system charges by the ounce, and the prices are clear. Fun place to go watch some sports and hang out.

Cool idea with filling your own beers but SELECTION is limited. Seating is well laid oit but feels more like a sterilized corporate feel. Staff is attentive. The pretzels and mustards are alright

very poorly run on trivia nights. they don't offer reservations (which is fine) or a wait list. we showed up almost a half hour early to wait for a table but people who literally walked in the door were running to grab tables in front of others. the hostess didn't care at all if groups of people were literally arguing over tables (she literally just shrugged and walked away). you have to hover over someone who's eating in anticipation they will get up at some point. Definitely won't be back

Clean and comfortable. Fun concept with the self-serve drinks and scan-to-order appetizers. Tasty appetizers . . . we tried the fries, Brussels sprouts (yum), and tacos. This is mostly a beer place; they have two red wines, two white wines, and two ciders (one of which is pretty tasteless).
