Food was better than average for a Taco Bell. Only complaint is the horrible customer service. Not a good morning or a thank you was given. Also, had to wait at the counter for the manager to replace paper towel in the dispensers behind the counter before even being spoken too. Like I was an inconvenience for her in the butch haircut. I know people have bad days but try to be kind and courteous please.
They forgot my order and to be honest I wasn’t mad about it.What made me kinda sad is the manager on duty had a terrible attitude. I’ve managed for 10 years and I would never treat anyone the way she treated me.I don’t have a name but she has short blonde hairI gave them a five star as well because I would also never try to jeopardize a business. But she needs to go or get an attitude check.
Worst Customer service ever!! Two workers by the name of Maria and Lupe were disrespectful and giving an attitude upfront. After asking the supervisor to file a complaint against them she refused and proceeded to protect them and also give an attitude to us. They are very unprofessional and need to be fired for the success of this Taco Bell because their behavior was absurd. I will no longer be visiting this Taco Bell or any branch ever again, this was an unacceptable experience. Customer service should be a priority!
It's taco bell, the hippest fast food. Best dollar menu industry wide. Honestly surprised by sub 4 star rating...I enjoy everything from their 12 pack mixed supreme, cinnamon twisted, Carmel apple empanadas, or even extinct items they still resurrect for me like a steak baha chaulupa
My review is specifically this Taco Bell the food is very good. The staff is very good. The lady I dealt with on the afternoon was very friendly and very pleasant to deal with. This is the best Taco Bell I've ever been at in the twin cities area and that says a lot. This place is a textbook definition of helping the guest when they come in to eat. This Taco Bell cares about the guest coming in and eating their food.
The man who helped me today at the drive thru was polite and level headed. He made my night much better! I didn't catch his name unfortunately but was very professional.
This Taco Bell is run by the nicest group of people. Always cordial and sweet. Orders are always perfect. Don't ever be rude to them! ☮❤
Beautiful taco bell, they always get my order right and sometimes even add a little extra love. Amazing amount of sauce packets every time. This is my fav location :)
It's taco bell. The service at this location was very good compared to others. We ate in and the manager actually came up and asked us how it was and if he could get us anything
I've not been to a Taco Bell since I was a wee lad of 22 playing late night Dungeons and Dragons. It's good to see that the tacos and Baja Blast have not changed (for better or worse per my digestive tract).
