THEY CLOSE WITHOUT PUTTING CLOSED ON THE WEBSITE, WALKED ALL THE WAY THERE IN 100 DEGREE WEATHER JUST FOR THEM TO BE CLOSED WHILE THE WEBSITE SAID "OPEN" VERY DISAPPOINTED !
Has not been open in weeks, Google and their door says their hours of operation is like 8 AM to 8 PM; Yeah every single time I have showed up in the past month and a half they have been closed. For seemingly no reason. If the subway location is no longer operational it needs to be updated on Google.

This location is usually cool. However lately it has been insanely slow paced & unprofessional. I ordered online and it took 2 hours to arrive and I live a block away. (Ordered for my pregnant fiancé) and I tried to cancel the order so I could just pick it up because the wait was so long. It says in the subway app to call the location for cancellation. When I called I was told I could not cancel because it was an online order. My food arrived and was cold and missing meats.I called 2 times and no one answered. Went in and was almost not given a refund. And the sandwich artist served three people before me and toasted my sandwich before the rest of theirs so it was cold and the crust was burnt and he got mad because I wanted it toasted again… I worked for subway for many years when I was younger I love them but this was just awful. The guy was emotional and I don’t think any of this was intentional I seriously think that the person that was working in there did not have a single clue what they were doing. Beware $15 for an old philly cheese steak. They do not speak or understand english! Portions are very little and the food artist does not know what goes in a philly cherse? It was very hot outside and they lazy! Asked can I eat in he said no? Do not go there

I walked and this young guy was starting a large order, literally just grabbed the first foot long and cut it but continued to cut all 6 without acknowledging me, no hi welcome I’ll be right with you, NOTHINH not even eye contact. I could hear another worker in the back who ne we came out and the guy never told them there were customers cuz of course ppl were coming in behind me. Subway is fast food I get it, but at least acknowledge the fact that I’m about to spend my 16 bucks here sheesh!!!!!
