Friday Evening, Large patio and plenty of air-conditioned seating inside. Had Burnt Ends and Brisket plates. The food was good but would not say special or intersting. THE 18% gratuity wilth no other options was a turn off. The Coffee stout was good. Parking was difficult, $6.00 several blocks away in public lot. Nice place for locals to get to. There are plenty of more interesting experiences to try than to return.

we enjoyed their brisket plate with coleslaw and fries. Enjoyed their rye beer. Drag bingo was fun and a great fundraiser for youth.

Delicious smoked BBQ, loved the ribs, pulled pork and chicken. House barbecue sauce was super tasty. Lots of outdoor yard games and board games + shuffleboard made it an easy place for our family to have an afternoon hangout!Bonus: the brewery beers were super solid -- try the Cashmere IPA for a refreshing, hop-forward pairing. It's not bitter or super juicy; just a solid beer for a hot day. We'll be back!

Very nice place in Minneapolis to visit for lunch or dinner or just to drink a beer with friends. The vibe of the place was on point and the staff were super friendly. They have a nice large patio and fire pit with plenty of seating. It is a dog friendly patio as well. They have a large beer selection also a large bbq selection. Only thing is we went around 6:30 and they were out of brisket and chicken I believe, very disappointing. The food we did order was decent bbq, not my favorite but it wasn’t the worst. Cons: ribs were served lukewarm, they only have one type of bbq sauce which wasn’t all that, also the smoked margarita drink was very overpriced for the flavor and size (could just be the bartender). Other than those things the place was a nice date night. It is right next Number Twelve Cider which is my preference over IPAs and Stouts so that’s a nice bonus. They also have patio games like corn hole and giant jenga. It is walking distance for the twins stadium and other breweries in NE so give it a try if you are in the neighborhood. (They should consider adding mac and cheese to the menu).

We had a great date night at StormKing! We tried the Perfect Storm meal and have tons of leftovers, we liked all the beers we tried, and liked the cocktails too. The staff was great and very knowledgeable; be sure to ask them if you have questions about which drinks are sugary, what's gluten free, etc. The picture I'll post is of our meal AFTER we were mostly full, that's how much food it was!

There is an 18% gratuity to all orders, and there are no servers at all besides the bar. When you order you don't get a receipt even if you ask for one but you do get a slip when you pick up your food which is nice. Also, picking up your food, they will ask for a phone number and say they will text you when the food is done. They don't. After 30 minutes I checked the table and my food was there, no telling how long it had been there. The brisket is dry and the bbq sauce tastes very much like vinegar. My husband got the pulled pork which was a lot better and the fries are good. The baked beans are more like a chili and the salad is good but comes with stuff not everyone likes. So if you are picky ask what is on the salad before you order.I'm glad I tried it out but probably won't be back unless I bring my own bbq sauce.

Had an absolutely wonderful time! Had to park a block or two away, but we went at a busier time.Beer: Didn't drink any.Service: Super!Called ahead and Rachel was very nice on the phone. She explained that there was no reserving tables and if we had a large group we were free to put some tables together. The bartender (didn't catch his name, tall guy) was very fun and joked around with us. He was more than happy to serve and offer suggestions. The staff clearly got along with each other really well and everyone seemed like they were happy to work there.Food: Delicious BBQ!Pulled Pork:Falling apart, must've come from a happy pig.Brisket Plate:My god, no need to chew, it melts in your mouth and sings hallelujah.Chicken Wings:YEAH BABY! These guys don't mess around. Full wings, rich smokey flavor.Ribs:These bad boys were pretty good. Not as good as the brisket, but very good for the twin cities. If I'd only had them I would sing their song louder.Chicken:They only had a 1/4 bird left. We wanted a full bird, and this guy was dry. It was literally THE LAST CHICKEN they had, so I can give them a pass on a dry bird. I'm also not a fan of light meat, so there's that. If you can get there before they run out of chicken, maybe give it a shot?Beans:They're cooked with pork and other stuff. I would pick it as your side.Coleslaw:Meh. It was fine.Salad:Dope salad for a BBQ place. Salad and beans is probably the best bet.Fries:Solid fries. Not amazing, but good.Key Lime Pie:Bud, you gotta save room! The pie was rich, creamy, and just what I needed after all that meat.

I had this delivered the other day. Burnt ends were OK, but a bit too sweet. I also had the pulled pork, and it was very bland. I can't believe there are literally NO sauce options to be had. What kind of BBQ place doesn't have any sauces? Beans tasted weird, but I ate them anyway. The coleslaw was just gross. I'm a big coleslaw fan and this was the first time I ever threw out coleslaw uneaten.

Nice space, very friendly staff. amazing food!!!!

Great BBQ and beer. Nice atmosphere too.
