They are ALWAYS out of Oatmilk! Then they decided to just give me Almond Milk or the Batista messed up. I could've been allergic to Nuts.. YUCKY!!! Bought this drink at 8:03am and it's now 10:03am still full and this is a small. I should have read the label.
I work at 5:30am and the last few times I have visited between 5-5:10 am, the staff has not been ready or prepared to open. It is so unprofessional, especially having it happen multiple times.
Always friendly service here. Starbucks is Starbucks I guess. Never disappointed.
Every single morning before work, my folks and I come and get our drinks at this location. We stay loyal to this Starbucks! Wonderful workers, amazing coffee & always good attitude! Idk why people are rating one star.. they must’ve had a very bad bad day ? don’t be discouraged my lovely people!! Keep doing amazing ?? h8rs will hate.
I dunno what it is about this particular Starbucks but the people who work there always seem super friendly and happy, this is pretty much the only location I'll stop at!
I stopped in after a nail appointment last night to grab a gift card and a coffee. I didn’t realize that what I’d ordered was an iced drink until they set it on the pick up counter. My mistake! :) The barista (I believe her name was Chloe?) was so kind and understanding about it and offered to make a new beverage for me. I appreciated the hot version of course, but what I appreciated more was her grace and kindness. That isn’t as common these days. So thank you Chloe, for your kindness at the end of the day! (Hope I’m getting your name right!)
Honestly, this Starbucks sucks, no matter how many people they seem to have working, the line for rhe drive-thru is always 10 to 12 minutes minimum. I am just not that impressed. Also the parking situation and drive-thru design leave a lot to be desired. Poor neighbors!
Everyone at this location is so sweet and hospitable. Some know me by name and I am always pleased by the quality of my drink! I work nearby so having a place to relax before my shift is very valuable :) Thank u to the staff for all ur hard work !!!
The drive thru line was long, so we opted to walk in. Inside the store was relatively quiet, so we stayed and enjoyed our coffees.
I didnt patronize this day. A rider of mine did. She loved the apple macchiato drink.
