Starbucks delivers a good experience everytime. I prefer my local coffee shop but Starbucks is consistent nationwide.
If you like coffee, it's a good place to enjoy it.

Cinnamon coffee cake was great,but no one called out my name when it was ready or didn't tell me where to pick it up.

Barista didn’t shake my SHAKEN iced tea or refresher. She just made it straight in the cup and put it under the tap for water. The drinks were warm on the bottom and watered down with melted ice on the top. Yesterday I gave them another chance and she made my iced green tea latte but half my drink was foam and I watched her dump out the rest of the leftover milk down the drain. Thanks for the $5 cup of ice and matcha foam and overall subpar iced drinks. Then, they claim that they can’t take reusable cups. They can, there have been company announcements in the app and emails to rewards members, also other locations happily take reusable cups again.
