They told me they could replicate a football helmet we wanted as a cake for our baby shower. The cake was completely mis-shaped and the quality was a lot lower than what we expected especially for how much we paid. The size was off - way too big to serve 10 people. It looked like it was done by an amateur. I know what we asked for wasn’t the easiest design in the world but don’t commit to something you can’t do. If we would have known the cake would have turned out like this then we would have just ordered cupcakes or a more standard cake. We would have appreciated the honesty upfront instead of being told they could replicate the picture we sent. We were really disappointed as we have heard good things about this place and were very impressed by the pictures of custom cakes they had done on their website. When we were in the store picking up the cake we ran into another lady who had the exact same issue - her cake looked nothing like what she had ordered.*EDIT: After contacting the store and showing them pictures of the cake they decided to give us a full refund. We appreciate the customer service and will be giving them another try in the future.
I ordered the cupcake on the right for a bridal shower. When I arrived to pick them up, my order was the one on the left. Not at all what I ordered, and the wrong color pink for the party theme. No one called to tell me there was a supply issue and it was take it or leave it.
Absolutely horrible customer service. You can not count on them for a cake. I’ve been planning this for over a month but every time you call the store they don’t pick up or tell you to call later. I had confirmed my cake and cake pops finally over the phone yesterday, since I could not get a response via email. And I was getting nervous. Sure enough they email me back today. Less then a week out from my event and now say they can’t do it. When all I’ve been trying to do is confirm and pay for this. This company is not professional what so ever. They will leave you with out a cake. I was ordering a big order with cake pops and a three tier cake. Definitely not a fan of a company that doesn’t want business. They also don’t respond till 3am!!!! What type of business is this.
They made us a 3 tier cake for my sweet 16 and it was amazing! The colors were just like I asked and same with the design. I read some reviews saying they weren't too helpful in the process so I was a little skeptical at first but they did a well job and kept me in the loop during the process. Highly recommend them for custom cakes.
I stopped by with a friend today and was greeted by the sweetest employees. They were so gracious and offered numerous suggestions to us for what we should purchase. I really appreciated their patience and hilarious banter as we talked and selected our sweets. I'd definitely stop by:))
My wedding cake was from here and it was my best cake for my weeding I love this cake and after that for my husband birthday I was so worried because of he loves Harry Potter my think for him give surprise with Harry Potter cake but I went few place for order cake but I can’t believe anyone for make perfect cake. Then my sister remained me about my weeding cake of course something sweet it was my another best idea for my husband Harry Potter cake. When I received the cake I was so excited it was awesome now I’m planning to get cake for my grandpa 80th birthday ?I always will recommend people if u guys want to memorize any beautiful time or give surprise ur favorite person or ur love need cake only somethingsweet can make ur dream cake ?
The cakes are beautiful BUT THE BEST PART IS… They TASTE soooo GOOD! Two birthdays in a row… so far I’ve been beyond satisfied. Very impressed. The icing is never overbearing or too sweet, and the inside is always soo moist! Both times I’m came last minute in hopes to find a cake and always find More than what I’d imagined I would in such little time! Not to mention the prices!! Affordable ! Too cheap if u ask me. She deserves more! I’ll be back for the event that requires a cake for sure!!
Loved my cake ? On the form I did ask for lemon, however when I was emailing with the cake designer I asked to switch to chocolate. She said yes no problem! Unfortunately the cake came with yellow. I'm not mad by this because the lemon cake is still absolutely delicious :) and the cake was so cute! I would definitely order from them again. They make the entire process very easy.

Stopped for cupcake treats with my granddaughters the Saturday after Thanksgiving. Wanted to give them a special afternoon surprise. Sadly the frosting fell off of each vanilla cupcake as they were eating them. The cakes were both dry and tasteless and the frosting tasted like lard and was not sweet at all. Won’t be picking up treats here again. The girls tossed them out after a few small bites and said that they were the worst cupcakes they had ever eaten.
