The woman behind the bar cut herself while trying to open the bottle and was getting blood on the bar, the wine bottle itself, and the wine cooler. She never once stopped to properly clean up and disinfect anything. Eventually I just told her I was fine with a not full glass because I didn't want her to pour me a glass from a bloody bottle. She eventually stopped trying and put the bottle back in the cooler (without wiping it off). The place looked very nice and cozy, but she didn't even put a band aid on until someone else came in to help her, but continued to serve people without disinfecting.My glass did have a smudge on it that I didn't notice because I had been so distracted by her getting blood on other places. I'm honestly hoping the smudge was a coincidence and not her blood.It was truly not a great experience.
Most wonderful new discovery! This family-owned and run spot is so warm and welcoming! I am picky about my coffee and stopped in for espresso which was top notch!! Yay, makes me want to move closer to this gem. Thank you!
The concept of this place is great. The staff, however, are not. No matter which side I sit on, I get ignored. Tonight was the last straw when the bartender was talking poorly to customers about another customer. Do better!
Best place in the Twin Cities for a white mocha! Absolutely adore their baked good and have an amazing cheese board! A must visit if you're in the area!
I was excited to find a quiet place on a sunday to do work, however the service was terrible and the coffee even worse. The baristas did not acknowledge us when we came in, and it was incredibly uncomfortable trying to order and ask questions about their menu. I was very unimpressed to see that they do not fresh brew their espresso and instead the shots where poured out of a water bottle. This made the latte very bitter and unpleasant to drink. I did however find their food to be very delicious. I would not recommend this place for anyone looking for a good coffee and place to study.

Cozy, colorful atmosphere. Excellent coffees, baked goods and salads. Bring your laptop or visit with a friend. Artwork and wine bar on other side. Book club sign up. Dog treats in jar by door for your fur babies. Highly recommend.
The place is comfy and friendly, and brews a pretty great mocha.
Super delicious drinks and food. The environment is really calming and a lot of great parking and public transit nearby. I will be back!
