Was one of my favorite places. Went downhill quick. 15 dollars for a few tots and 5-6 dummies. Second time in a row. The food is good, but not worth the skimpy portions. Find a place with better value. It was the basket, not the appetizer... Too sad. Was a great place.
This place treats people like garbage. Especially the fat bartender with a beard. Learn to talk to people dude. you are in the service industry. Some people Can't Understand Normal Thinking. Food is really good though

Shortstop was fine. Went in for fish, but I wouldn’t do that again as the fish was over fried and mostly breading. The burger looked pretty good. Beer tasted like soap from the glass.
Okay. Okay. So Shortstop is a homey, neighborhood bar with no frills but they have good fried foods and good bartenders, lovely staff in general, karaoke but if that's not your thing there's another half to the bar, a patio... you know, the essentials. It's cute!
Michelle is by far the best server I've ever had. Anywhere. Hands down. She is personable, friendly, and seems to enjoy her customers. Michelle makes this bar more enjoyable and I always try to sit in her area when I go in.
I so glad that some things never change. The burgers ? and tots at Shortstop are the best in town. Lunch together with fellow employees because of the MLK holiday, was made perfect at Shortstop
Love the burgers and wings usually, last 3 times I ordered Buffalo wings got plain wings ,didn't say anything the first 2 times accidents happen, called the 3rd time and was pretty much called a lier, she said if I ordered Buffalo wings that is what I got. I had people try them, I feel that Ray's bar has gone down-hill and it's very sad .
