Shake shack is a quick serve burger place with good quality burgers at a reasonable price. I personally gravitate towards the smoke shack with bacon and peppers.I'm not a huge fan of their crinkle cut fries but they are reminiscint of something we had at home growing up.I appreciate that they carry coke zero in the soda fountain.Staff have always been good here and today the young lady working the register was particularly patient and kind to my mother.
We came after a visit to Fairview, our favorite location. The staff is so nice, orders come out quick, and the patio is absolutely beautiful in the summer!Alcohol available- beer & wine, but cannot be taken out for takeout orders. Good options though!If you haven’t tried Shake Shack you must, picky kiddo chicken bites & fries approved!!
A little pricey but the burgers were real good. Not a bad place to stop for a quick bite during your lunch break.
I was very surprised with Shake Shack’s take on a no-meat patty, but in a good way. It was stuffed with mushrooms and tasted great. Whatever cheese substitute they used was a little gooey for me, but overall it was a good burger that was made fast. I LOVED the churro shake, but I was the only one in my group who appreciated cinnamon mixed with chocolate.

Food was amazing! First time for us since we’re from iowa. Definitely recommend!
The food is good. But the staff appear to not be given good direction or autonomy to keep the place clean. There were two food runners and most of the time they were staring at the TVs. Meanwhile, crumbs, spills, napkins and trays sat for almost a half hour on the tables. When I left no one had touched the mess. Take out only for me.
Favorite burger place hands down. They’re burgers are amazing, they offer bomb cheese sauce for fries and they have homemade ranch dip. new buffalo crispy chicken burger is the best ?? not to mention they serve alcohol. i stop by whenever im visiting southdale or just in the area. 12/10
I have driven past this location many times but finally got to try it! Everything was PERFECT. One of the ladies walked my beer out to me ahead of time so I could drink while I waited for my food! The burger, fries and shake were all spot on. Great service and great food, this is exactly what a person wants when they go out. Thank you Shake Shack I will be back soon! <3
The burgers are dope. Get the double Patty shack burger. Fries are crispy but don't wait too long to eat them. The chicken bites taste like real meat, unlike chicken nuggets. Service is quick, even for take out.
