Great selection of unique flavors of ice cream. They also serve coffee. I have only tried the ice cream so far. I got the vegan oreo ice cream. I love that they have dairy free options. However I thought it was a bit pricey considering the amount of ice cream on a waffle cone. Their indoor seating area needed some cleaning as well. The outdoor seating area was nice and spacious. Perfect for taking a group of friends.
Terrific as always. As a regular the ice cream never gets old and the shifting of select flavors gives good variety options. The only detracting factor is that they do so well that sometimes the line is rather long and there's nowhere to wait comfortably if needed.Personal recommendations: Raspberry Chocolate Chip or Pavarotti
Of course raspberry chocolate chip is our favorite, but everything here is outstanding. Over and over again we return here for a great summer night out. Tonight there were 25 people in line, so it gets busy.
A little disappointed the last few times I have been here. They used to be quite a destination spot for alot of the region. The novelty selection seems a bit thin these days, and the options have scaled back. No samples...that is a sacred sin in an ice cream place.Staff is very nice and making the best of it. Parking sucks in general in the area, realistically only street options. The house made comes are generally fresh and flavorful. Still,. All that said if you are in the linden hills area and want some ice cream it is a good option

Fancied and after dinner ice-cream whilst staying in Minneapolis so I jumped in my car and headed over to Sebastian Joe's. They have a good selection of flavors and I had the Rum & Raisin and the Salted Caramel, both scoops were amazing. Full of flavor and super creamy. Prices are not too high with 2 scoops costing $6.75 (+ Tax).

Been going to Sebastian Joe’s for a bit and had excellent experience today for my gf(who has a very extreme dairy allergy) with the help of Eddy who went above and beyond of grabbing a new bin to make sure there as no cross contamination and even grabbed and cleaned a new scoop. I couldn’t explain in words how grateful I was of how serious he had taken the allergy she has and precautions he made in order for her to enjoy a nice vegan dairy free Oreo ice cream option will be back again 10/10!
