The manager was nice. Gabby that works the bar was extremely rude as my friends and I, a group of POC came for birthday drinks. She was rude when one member of the group requested another glass of wine because the one she received did not taste right. Gabby told my friend she was “in a bad mood”. She then had an attitude and immediately refused another group member to purchase a shot and then told another member “are you guys going to cause anymore problem. This is discriminatory because we came in with good spirits and no negative energy. Refusing service when there was no altercation, just simply a request for a new drink is beyond disrespectful. I will add we were the only group of POC and this is the experience that we had. Please do better and learn how to understand and be sensitive with these kind of situations where there is a group of people who are not reactive. I would leave -2/5 stars if I could.
The burger was fantastic. The background noise is a bit problematic, but I was there to eat, not converse.

Not really impressed with the bar service. Bar tenders are supposed to engage the customers, at least a little bit. Really unimpressed with the selection of non-alcoholic beers, not everyone drinks alcohol so it's nice to have an alcohol-free option My husband asked if the bar had Dos Equis XX & got a blank look from the bar tender...... If you tend bar you might want to know what's out there, or at least Google it!Good space & location but needs some attention to the staffing.
Jules is the worst waitress I’ve ever had in my life. I’m not talking about just at Sals, I’m talking about in my entire life! She is a literal Brick/Airhead and I don’t know how she ever got a job working here! If you ever get Jules request a different waitress!!!
If you don't have high expectations, it's alright, but it's not my choice of place to eat or drink. Both times I've been there the service has been really slow (even when the place was empty mid-afternoon). Everything has that slightly sticky feel.

Great place fantastic atmosphere
I came in after finishing my last final to celebrate, wasn’t greeted for ten minutes, even though there were only five other tables occupied. Even longer to get a drink set in front of me. Wings came out over cooked, dry as a bone. Server didn’t come to check on the food, so I had to ask another one for some extra sauce, by the time it arrived wings were cold. Server was so unaware I was standing in my coat with my backpack on waiting for my check. I’ve worked as a server, and this was the worst service I’ve ever received. What a celebration. I’m leaving absolutely in a worse mood than I came in. Pathetic job.
Maddie was amazing. They were super busy and she never let our drinks run dry. Definitely recommend this place and Maddie
