Not accepting cash made it clear that rise is catering to a specific class of people. Cash is how many people still get paid and are able to pay. Please start accepting cash for equal accessibility to the good food. Organic vegan options are already hard to find. Thanks for the bagel this time but in the future this is not a place to support if they don't support the customer at every level, especially those with less options.
Top tier bagels on the spendier side. Service was great and the barista was nice enough to give me a cup for water when my girlfriend put Tabasco sauce in her eye. Would come again!
We stopped to pick up breakfast after going to the farmers market. It was not overly busy, but seemed like it took quite a while to get out bagel sandwiches. I had the Artisan Breakfast Bagel, which was pretty tasty(really enjoyed the mustard on it!). My wife had the sausage egg and cheese bagel, and liked it. We both had the onion bagel, which was good, but really onion intense. The cost was a little higher than I would expect, but probably right on for the area it is in.
This place has such a great atmosphere! It’s located in a neat commercial neighborhood with cobblestone roads. The building has lots of windows making it feel super warm and cozy. The staff was super friendly and the bagel sandwiches and cold brew did not disappoint!
First time visiting Rise Bagel. Picked up a bagel & coffee to-go and had a very pleasant experience. Great vibes, friendly staff. The windows surrounding the space let in a lot of sunshine and made it feel very cozy and comforting. I recommend The Artisan on a salted bagel! Delicious.
there is a reason they sell out most days and the line often reaches out the door…it’s because they make some really delicious bagels! lots of great options, solid coffee from dogwood, quick service, nice area with lots of seating. really a must go if looking for a bagel in the metro!
The bagel sandwiches are to die for! Also, I highly recommend trying the Cream Cheese Cloud on top of your coffee - so much yum!
Really great establishment! Delicious food and an order system that works flawlessly. Order online and pickup at your own counter or wait in line and they'll call your name when the order is ready. Great coffee too! Staff was so kind and super fast! Happy to go back and support what they have going on!
Such an interesting location and interior coupled with incredible food and coffee. I got the classic with breakfast sausage on an everything bagel and the rosemary latte with oatmilk. If I lived in Minneapolis, I'd go here every day.
Thank you for really loving the “all are welcome” philosophy and not just saying it. Gathering different crews of friends together so we can eat as many bagels as possible. And they are the best bagels:)
