This neighborhood spot is always busy when I stop in to pick up my order. I have always had a good experience. Pizza here is the closet I’ve found that reminds me of NYC. This has been the crispiest pie so far in a year. But as a former industry person of 15 years, it’s a little off putting when you sit at the bar, the bartender makes clear and direct eye contact with you and then goes to the other side of the bar to start drying dishes. I will have be more direct next time in ordering.
Went to Red Wagon for dinner with my brother last night (6/23). Though it was quite busy, we were able to get a spot at the bar.Our server was working behind the bar for the first time. He was kinda overwhelmed but handled it wonderfully! He was professional, kind & always checking in with us.We shared the meatballs & the Popeye pizza. Both were wonderful! The meatballs were a touch underdone in the middle, however I think they were still really good. The pizza on the other hand was cooked to perfection!Great atmosphere, great food...can't really ask for more!
I had the margherita and it was good but not great for the price. The service was good for how busy it was on a Saturday evening. The outdoor seating chairs are pretty uncomfortable. There is currently an eighteen percent gratuity automatically added to the bill in place of tipping, which goes to all staff, but you can also elect to add a tip directly to your server.
Go for the pizza of course! We had the Red Wagon and Margarita. Also tried the bar chips and fires roasted veggies. Nice beer and wine selection. Very family friendly with lots of kids when we went for an early dinner at 5:30pm. I like how they worded their added 18% hospitality fee, makes it very clear. Thank you for that.

The food was really good. I would highly recommend stopping here if you are just coming through or want to try a new spot. Plenty of outdoor seating and indoor seating. Delicious pizza, great atmosphere, tons of fun beers on tap to try! Service was next level! We feel like part of the family now and will be back.
Some really great pizza toppings here. We got the Cuban pulled pork pizza the other night. The citrus marinade was fragrant and went well with the ham and pickles.

Great service, but the pizza was just "meh". We ordered a "half" pizza - one half was the Popeyes and the other half was the Red Wagon Pizza. We also ordered Buffalo Wings for an app.I was excited to try the pizza because the toppings and the combination of them sounded interesting. Alas, it was just "meh". The flavors/toppings just didn't work well with each other.Buffalo Wings were good; really liked the blue cheese dressing.We also ordered the strawberry cheesecake ice cream cookie... Definitely not ordering that again.
My favorite pizza place in the cities! The best atmosphere and delicious brick oven pizza. I highly recommend the Bhan Mi if you go!
