Father’s Day

We celebrated my daughter’s birthday. The food was excellent. Great service. My daughter received a free ice cream sundae on a plate with happy birthday written in chocolate sauce. That was a fun surprise. A little on the spendy side, but it’s great for special occasions!

It's my birthday weekend and lobster just sounded so good! The biscuits were warm and delicious, the lobster was perfect. The staff were polite and responded in a timely manner even though it was a busy Friday night. Our server was pleasant and helpful. Glad we chose to come here. Happy Birthday to me ?

Went for the endless shrimp. Four options available. Our table only had 2 of them. Both delicious. Endless cheddar biscuits, bit smaller in size which is helpful. Most pleasant waitperson. Totally fab experience!

Wonderful experience and friendly staff/waiter. Nice and clean too!

The employees at Red Loster Blaine location went beyond expectations. My brother, his wife, and myself took my parents ther for there 65th anniversary. The hostess helped get my parents in and seated, my dad uses a walker and my mom is in a wheelchair, while I parked my car. The extra help was appreciated. The waitress was attentive and picked up on cues very quickly. Mom has dementia and wanted a drink but hasn't had alcohol in years. The waitress helped mom decide on a drink and when she asked if mom wanted alcohol or not and mom said yes, the waitress picked up my head shake no and the small amount signal I was making with my hand. Mom got want she wanted without feeling diminished in any way and without us having to worry about any side affects of alcohol with mom's medication. The waitress had great emotional intelligence. Mom and dad got the Date Night Experience for Two (lobster tails, shrimp, steaks, and mac and cheese). It was glorious seeing my parents eyes light up when it was brought out. When we all were done, the waitress brought out some ice cream for my parents to share with plate decorated with their wedding date. This was not planned; the staff took it upon themselves to do this. It really made my parents feel special. Kudos to this Red Lobster location. They were amazing and we were appreciative.

Always prompt seating and great service. Of course, the cheddar rolls are our favorite!!

We had wonderful service from Sheila this evening, and the food was delicious! Everything was amazing!! 10/10 would recommend! ?

I haven't been to this location in almost 10 years because of mortifying service my family and I received. Today my brother and I had lunch there today out of convenience and today was an absolute 180 from our experience 10 years ago. Beth, our waitress was above and beyond spectacular. I told her I will definitely be bringing my family back to this location again. Management was friendly and showed real concern about my experience. Being treated like a human being goes real far in my book and this Red Lobster location has the goods in both food and service. Thank you again RL team, we'll be back to see you real soon!E2

NOT A FAMILY FRIENDLY FACILITY!!!!!!!!! My family went to their establishment tonight (2-4-22) for what was going to be dinner. My 4 year old who was tired and not had a nap and decided to show is displeasure with being expected to sit in his chair. He began throwing a fit and screaming at the table. Being considerate of the other guests I picked him up under my arm as he was kicking shoes off and getting louder and took him to the woman’s restroom until he was done throwing a fit. I place him on the counter and go lean against the wall waiting for him to calm down. In the mean time here comes the manager and another employee who despite asking them to let him be REFUSE to mind their own business. After maybe 10 minutes he decides to calm down so we could return to the table. Once again I carry him to the table (remember he doesn’t have shoes on because he kicked them off in his fit) and we place an order. Half way through our salad here comes a police officer. His name was Cory and a very nice guy. Bye informed the Red Lobster employee called the police. Hmmm interesting because when the manager who came sticking her nose into my business she said it was a customer that was making an issue of me taking my screaming child into the restroom. After that experience I no longer felt safe there. Was another one of their employees going to call the police because now my 2 year old started screaming and I had to place him from a regular chair into a high chair? What about my 7 year old? He is ADHD and ODD. Is someone from your restaurant going to call the police because he has a sensory meltdown and needs to be held and calmed? This is not a place you can comfortably enjoy a meal if you have a family with small children that are not cookie cutter kids. I will never support your establishment again. I already have problems with being treated poorly by your servers when I am there with my significant other who is African American, now this? I will peruse this issue through ever social media avenue, corporate and my social circle. There is power in numbers. The manager and employ need to be terminated!
