Always 5 star service!! Employees are always quick and friendly & definitely get the line moving fast. This is one of my favorite places to go too. I definitely come to this specific location because of the service and food is always hot and ready! Definitely recommend going.
Never again.Restaurant was filthy. Spills and trash on the floors. Had to find wipes to wipe down my table. Employees more concerned about eating their own meals than making ours that we paid for. Super slow service. 3 customers after us got their food before us. No order-in option so we had to waste all of that packaging. Tried charging me for meals (friends and drink) when all we wanted were sandwiches. Chicken strips were more like nuggets. No sauce on the sandwich (which it's supposed to have) so when I asked for some was told I had to pay extra for some. And to be honest, the chicken wasn't that great. Fries were cold and tasted like dish soap.
The line is always long but it goes down really fast! They have great customer service.. the food is always hot... and super good... if you love fried chicken & a great sauce to go with it you'll love canes.
I normally love canes but I don’t like this location. I have been to this canes 3 times and every time they get my order wrong. Once they gave me a sandwich instead of the fingers, they’ve given me the 3 finger combo instead of the 4, and recently they gave me a Dr Pepper instead of a Coca Cola. And every time I go back to get my correct order it takes them 15+ minutes when it’s not that busy but there are a lot of employees there just standing around. And in one of my experiences, I went inside and walked up to the counter to get my actual order and the employees completely ignored me and I could not get their attention even though I was 3 feet away from them
My daughter shows up to buy some food. She walks up and the door is locked, so she walked away. One of the employees ran out and chased her down screaming, "can't you see, we're not open!".According to the website this particular store is open until 10pm. Put that aside, my daughter saw that the doors were locked and walked away.The guy that came out screaming was way out of line and should be fired. Everyone I know, I will share this experience with. Food is always hot and fresh. Even after waiting forever in the line. The customer service made up for it. But they're actually pretty quick getting people thru the line. So it may look deceiving but it's actually fine. Nothing else to say but an amazing experience and delicious food along with thoughtful service.
All they have are chicken tenders... The best chicken tenders I've ever had in my life. The sauce is meh tho, but go well with the fries. Highly recommend if you're willing to wait in line for them
Love Canes! This Canes is so fun. The workers are so nice and always having a good time. And the chicken is amazing as well. Canes has become a favorite of mine because of this location! Highly recommended

Love Canes but this location is not good. Food tasted terrible. Fries were stale and tasted like they had been left out for hours. The chicken tasted like it had been left out and was cold. I ordered food for a group of people and everyone said their food tasted bad. Not a typical Canes dining experience. This location needs to put in place some quality control.
