The team members at this store go above and beyond. Staff were super friendly and helpful. I also forgot my phone outside and one of the staff found it. So thankful for them!
I absolutely love this place. I would have given it a 5 but the staff wasn't friendly and the cleanliness inside wasn't 100%. The chicken fingers are GREAT! It's what they do and they excel. Super hot, juicy amd fresh. The hand dipped breading is slightly crunchy and full of flavor. Get extra canes sauce because it sets the Chicken off!! Plus I say dip everything in it because it's so good. The fries are fries, nothing fancy but a good side. The texas toast is really good as well. I totally recommend Raising canes.
Really great fast-food chicken. The word on the street is to get an extra piece of toast and make a sandwich. I'll definitely do that next time. And I'm gonna put my coleslaw on it. This is the way.
Not bad. Got the chicken sandwich, didnt realize it didnt come with tomato. The sandwich could of used more sauce too, was a little dry. Good service tho.
Hadn't been here in year's but I must say the customer service was amazing! The restaurant was nice and clean. The vibe was absolutely wonderful!! The food was just as good as I remembered!!
It was a nice area to eat at. Ordering was smooth, and workers were friendly. They could improve on the cleaning of tables or floor. Parking would be on the side of the street or a ramp if you want to walk over. Overall, I was satisfied!
First time for me. I see what the fuss is about. Coleslaw is very good, flavorful with ample vinegar….creamy and sweet. Chicken is lightly battered and ample portion of solid breast meat. Sauce is creamy and good and goes well with all. Toast is buttery and crunchy. Love the crinkle fries and the price is right.
Here you go I do believe they are having the best of the Chicken tender in the Mn special when we are going home just tossing it to the deep fried for few minutes to reheat it up! Teast like just baked out from the restaurant
Good food,little soggy,waited in line for 30 minutes than waited for 10-15 more minutes to get my food. EDIT: manager is very nice person to work with and offered us our exact meal comp'd to give them another shot, we took him up on the offer and the fries were still soggy but the chicken is good.... Maybe the fries don't get any crispiness??? Overall other than being a super busy place it's an ok place to order food from but don't expect much from the fries.
Can't beat this location. It's very convenient if you're already at the U of M for anything. However, the day I went, I struggled to find parking and the line was VERY long. The staff were great, though. They kept everything moving and made sure to get everyone their food.
