Horrible customer service, very rude guy taking orders and place doesn't even have menus,no meat nothing.
The employees are very disrespectful and their food is not great. To try a new food is always a good idea but , I am sure you won’t comeback back a nasty food and disrespectful people.
I go to the counter and when I say I'm here for dine in they tell me to take a seat and someone will come to serve me. 20 min go by and no one comes and I look around and notice they're mostly watching a European football game on TV and chitchatting with customers in Somali. I couldn't risk getting laid to the airport so I just stood up and left. Horrible service (even if the food could have been ultimately good).
Beware! The people at the front taking orders are very rude & condescending, especially if you can’t speak Somali very well. Also, they have no physical menu. They’ll rattle off the menu in 2 seconds and expect you to decide right away. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and returned a third time before I wrote this review.

Very very very pooor customer services, we have been treated very very bad whenever we come to buy food @Lake street quruxlow. The guy who is taking orders/cashier need to be trained how to treat his customers equally. Waited for 25minutes to gt our food .He always take our orders and forget about us and served those he knows .whenever we asked about our orders he kept saying its coming wait .Xaqdarada joji waryaa we all paying money no one is better than other.Today we could ve seen our order is on his table until it gt cold while he served those who came after us and they gt their orders fast .we felt like beggars whenever we come to buy food here.
Very disrespectful employees who don’t care about the customer with no manger. On the other side the food is full of oil and their mango juice sugary. Don’t waste your time and money there. Period!!Location is at karmel mall

This is the worst restaurant in Minneapolis Mnno costumer service. we complain about cold food and sugary drinks and they told us eat it or leave it.It feels like I am in outside of city. Where no body cares about the amount of money I am spending there.
