I’ve been in the drive through line at this location for *checks time* 24 minutes and have yet to even pay for my food which I know will not be what I ordered. And I am trapped in the drive through alley and couldn’t leave if I wanted to and their lobby is closed so I could t have gone inside if I wanted to. Probably just avoid this location
We went through the drive thru and it What is hard to communicate they got our orders wrong and weren’t listening to us and the drive thru was very long to, I don’t think I’ll ever come back to that Popeyes place again.
There was an extremely long line in the drive thru when I went, but the staff was very friendly. The food was hot and fresh, never disappointed.
I'm one of the nicest, most understanding people in the world... but this location has some employees that have zero common sense.. fail to provide the most basic service . Unfortunate
Popeyes has some good chicken. By far the best "fast food" fried chicken out there. The extra crispy is where it's at ??
The food was really bad and overpriced on top of it. Went thru drive thru and got wrong drink and no condiments after we asked multiple times
They gave me the wrong order and when I tried to call they don’t answer the phone I’m very disappointed
we drove 100 miles to the store because my wife was craving popeyes. we order and they gave us only half the order. didn't realize until we were on the freeway. wife's portion was not even in the bag. poor poor service.
Went through the drive thru today. We live literally a few minutes away. Chicken was cold no flavor, was suppose to get 2 large sides. One being mashed potatoes and gravy separate. Only got the potatoes! Mac n cheese was cold, biscuits were under cooked. I haven't been to this location in about 10 years because the customer service was horrible. We thought well let's take our chance being the one we been going to on Chicago is no longer. Spent about $50 and NEVER again how disappointing. My husband said they were quick in the drive thru, well needless to say I'm sure we got food that was sitting for a while. Thought we would give them the benefit of the doubt but....NEVER AGAIN!!!!! What a waist of money!! Made me put a star....I wasn't going to put any stars!!! Disgusting!!
The best chicken I ever has!I had chicken strips.I ordered 4 but wish I ordered double!!!Wish we had one in Grand Rapids,mn!
