The Visit that never happened, Pulled up outside to find the only person working leaning on the door smoking a cigarette, When he finishes the cigarette he flicks around in front of their own is their own restaurant... I refuse to do business Is in that environment!
This has a great breakfast, wraps, and rice bowl ? options for made to order food. They call themselves a Chicago style restaurant. The cost to food ratio is nice and definitely had a lot of flavor. This is one of my dad's favorite restaurants to come have breakfast. It definitely has a unique atmosphere but I think you're better off just taking your food to go and eating outside.
Food is good, BUT, the old man owner is RUDE as HELL , been there a few times, the old man likes to argue, when you place your order, WE don't have to come There, I will spend my money Else where and where the customers are appreciated,and YOUR chicken wings keep getting smaller and Smaller then you charge me 25.00 fo 15 wings, and I said NO FRIES!then the old man gets mad at me, because I don't want fries???TAKE A VACATION soon!We been frying chicken over 400 YEARS, there's nothing special about your under seasoned, small wings.Your very Ungrateful and RUDE to your customers!
The food is generally good but they’re super rude. I ordered thru DoorDash and it said 50 min wait for food turned into almost 2 hrs because one of the workers wanted to argue with my driver and ultimately told her if she didn’t wanna wait for the food to get out! When she first got there they told her it’d be ready in 15 mins, mind you I ordered an hour before she got there 45 mins had gone by and they still hadn’t made my food. This isn’t the first time I’ve had issues and I always wanna give them the benefit of the doubt but it never fails. Won’t be ordering here anymore.
I was genuinely surprised by how good this was. I got the fajita omelet and it was incredible. The chicken was savory, the toast was large, and the bacon was real, not the processed stuff you get at other places. A surprise gem.
First time I visited this place and not the last the jumbo shrimp and gyro I ordered was really good, definitely recommending them to family and friends
Usually I love this place and we were excited to see they were open at 9am Sunday as I only had a short time to eat before work. We arrived a little after nine and the place was completely closed. Even the front door sign said 9am Sunday. Disappointed for sure. I guess it’s McDonald’s now :(
Best place. I love to go and eat there. The food is delicious and well prepared.
The Chicago dog and the Philly were on point...but the jalapeño poppers were made with cheddar instead of cream cheese which wasn't listed anywhere. IMO if they aren't cream cheese poppers, they aren't poppers. So that's my only gripe lol
Amazing!! Food is so hot and tasty, staff is very friendly! A diamond in the rough here for sure! Can't wait to go again- great job guys!
