I ordered a cheeseburger w extra cheese and got a California burger w no cheese at all and my cheese fries were soggy and all around what my family ordered was not any better. We r not happy at all and want a refund. The only thing that was good about it it was here in 25 mins by door dash drivers.
The food was to say the least overcooked, flavorless and definitely not worth the money that i paid. The only ones that deserve their pay tonight was DoorDash. I think my cheesecake was sour. My philly cheese steak was tough and flavorless. My slushie was good. That's a plus. But it wasn't good enough to make up for the whole meal. Both roommates food was just as thrilling. I will not recommend this place to anyone and i sure won't eat here again. I would have given it a half star if i had the option.
The food is usually ready within 15 minutes. However, if you order the catfish for instance and if you don't say "lite lemon pepper, or none" if you prefer, they will put it on heavy. The fries are good but they put it on them too. Other than that, food is delicious.
I ordered 2x Gyros, One with no lettuce and tomatoes and the other with no taziki. The lamb was overcooked and over packed, and they have gone up almost $2 in price. The price really isn't a big deal given 3 years of a pandemic, GET YO MONEY BOBO.
Always fresh and delicious season just right fries could be better but overall the A1
Love this place. I like the jerk chicken, and the philly. The chicken wings are tiny!!! Their fries aren't really good to me unless you put the chili and cheese on them. Love their jalapeno poppers. But the mozzarella sticks are tiny and not really flavorful.
Paid 15 just to get little bit a meat on my sandwich
Didn't like the gyro meal. The fries were the worst. It did come with bread though, and it was affordable.
What happened café? The food has no flavor. Your staff is incompetent. Placed 2 orders for 4pc special. Thick lady with braids has too much going on eating while cooks trying to complete orders. She has time to have conversations with her family but can't get an order. Won't be coming back.
I've been a few times and tried the gyros (best option, in my opinion), a couple fried food items, and this most recent experience a couple weeks ago, I tried the Beef Tips and Rice. They told me over the phone that it's not really beef tips, it's just chopped up steak. The flavor was good, the amount given was an entire to-go container full of rice, steak and peppers (two meals, for sure!). I think it also comes with sauteed onions, I requested no onions. Food was hot, I ordered ahead for pickup and waited just a couple minutes after arrival for 4 meals. The biggest bummer was that the other meals didn't come with sauce that they wanted (there was salad dressing but no steak sauce that I guess they would've used, I wasn't aware or I would have made sure to double check), and we got two packs of silverware rather than what we needed for 4 people.Everything here is good/ok, not phenomenal but not terrible either! I recommend calling ahead since the lobby is small and it's not very comfortable to sit and wait.
