Upon arriving here I walked up the bar to order a cocktail and was referred to a table by welcoming staff that informed me there was no server. Unfortunately my drink took 45 minutes to arrive which I do not blame the talented mixologist behind the bar but rather the post-pandemic serving system of using qr codes to order. After 30 minutes of waiting... I was not expecting to wait that long so I requested my money back and they apologized saying my drink will be right out. This was nice but as a tipped employee and bartender I would absolutely refund their money if this was the quality of service received during a slower evening as I was not prepared to stay there that long.

Such a great place to have a cocktail. Beautiful space, amazing cocktails, and Norseman is a great distillery. You can get sample pours of all their alcohol and buy full bottles if you like it. Highly recommended.

Top Notch service for all our events. From a company open bar party to a simple catered meeting. This place is easy and simple to work with, and pricing that's easy to sell. It's our company go to for anything too big for our office. Also makes a great old fashioned.

Great space, really yummy drinks. My spiced up G&T was fabulous. Too cold for the patio, but it will be awesome when it warms up. Service was also great. Food truck was a welcome addition, although a charcuterie board was available (we were more in the mood for quesadillas from the truck).

It was our first visit here. I'm familiar with Norseman just from seeing it at liquor stores, but hadn't tried it.We had to be seated instead of just selecting a spot despite it not being busy. However, they did ask if we had reservations so perhaps it was having to coordinate that with walk-ins. We ordered via the QR code and I can say we are both becoming big fans of this process. It was easy and staff was efficient and polite. The space is inviting, large and parking seemed readily available.I am a big fan of rum. I was quite excited to see an allspice dram and a tiki rum. *it’s actually the amaro plantain used to make tiki-style drinks. I got excited over the word “tiki”.*The allspice was quite tasty, heavy on clove, but a fun sipper. The amaro plantain was apparently not what I expected. Perhaps in a cocktail, but Norseman, I recommend you seek out Savannah, GA's Ghost Coast distillery and try their tiki rum. Try it anyway cuz it’s fabulous! Maybe for inspiration :)Our drinks were pretty good, but we were not wowed enough to want to buy any liquor to bring home or plan on returning.

Awesome cocktails- especially with their gin. The atmosphere is industrial and super worth bringing friends or family! Food truck is usually outside, otherwise they have a charcuterie board for food.

Delicious and creative cocktails, although a little expensive. Loved being able to order on my phone from my table during the 1st Thursday of the month comedy show. Great atmosphere and vibes.

Delicious. Let’s be honest all are delicious! But my favorite was the Cadillac Mountain. A must try!

Great drinks and atmosphere, a little pricey and doesn't have its own kitchen (usually food trucks around). Holiday drinks this year were hit or miss but the classics are ?

Service was AMAZING. Came in on a busy Saturday night for my boyfriends 21st. Despite how INCREDIBLY understaffed they are, they did an exceptional job accommodating us. Drinks were great and came quickly. Shout out to Ezra, and Allie for exceptional services and great anecdotes. We will be back.
