Sort of a two part review. Went there yesterday for breakfast. Had the classic, don't remember exactly what my girlfriend had, but we both enjoyed it very much. Service was great. Server's name was Tony.Went back today, we both thought we'd have a short stack of pancakes. We both took two bites and looked at each other. Something didn't taste right. So we ordered some English muffins. Water never got refilled and no real concern how disappointing the pancakes were. (Still feeling woozy from my two bites of pancakes)

This is the place you want to love SO bad, buy they let you down over and over. Bad service, mediocre food. My daughter's popover had mold in it, we could have thrown a fit, but were polite and asked for another - never got it; "They're making a whole new batch of batter in the back." Yeah, right, whatever. The drinks were good, so I would go to the bar again, but not the restaurant.

Stayed a week in hotel next door and ate at least one meal a day here. Always good food, just not use to $3.75 coffee. But to be honest it's the going rate for area...

This was my second time eating here. Both times excellent. I was in town for work a few weeks ago and stayed at a hotel around the corner. Not many dining options in walking distance. Gave this place a try. So happy I did. Was solo so sat at the bar both times. Super nice staff. Had the risotto and it was fantastic. Had to come back again while in town this time and have it again!

Went there for breakfast, service was like they didn’t want you to be there or like they didn’t want to actually work, bartender seemed super annoyed. Never was asked for a refill on water and always had to chase someone down to get a refill on coffee. When our food came out my scrambled eggs were watery and my English muffin was cold. I see a lot of potential in this place with a few minor fixes and a higher Quakity control by the manager.

We made reservations and waited a little while to be seated. This was due to short staffing, but our server, Dawn was fantastic. She was prompt, professional, and took care of us throughout drinks, appetizer, entrees & dessert. We asked if she had any recommendations and she simply stated that everything on the menu is delicious and is made from scratch. The calamari was cooked perfectly, with 2 dipping sauces & lemon.I had the french onion soup that was rich, lots of onions, and the cheese on the top was golden brown. I also ordered a ceasar salad & a popover. Way too much food for one person. The soup & popover (which was huge) was plenty. My friends had the pork loin, which was tender, and also delicious. One ordered the fish & chips. We had beignets for dessert that came with chocolate & carmel sauce (4 per serving). If you're not sure which sauce to drizzle on top, I suggest both! This is a quaint restaurant, inside of the Normandy Inn, and I highly recommend visiting. They also validate your parking and the hotel staff had a great sense of humor. We all need a little of that.

You definitely want to order Beignets and Profiteroles and Butterscotch Shake. It would be best if you get them first. The food was excellent and the wait staff was exceptional. She was very informed about the cuisine and the restaurant and was very attentive! It is styled in the fashion of a pub, but a bit elegant. Nice interior and excellent choice for dining. Get the Mary Pickford -- it was an excellent drink. Dinner was not rushed and we had a very enjoyable dining event.

Great experience in a private back room tonight. Team happy hour, and our one waiter was outstanding - very attentive and always friendly, which is not always easy with a group ?

Chicken was undercooked, Brussels Sprouts- overcooked and the Polenta had no flavor. So disappointed.

Overall not too impressed with my visit to Normandy Kitchen. The best part of the experience was my server (Lucia) who was fantastic. She was a beacon of light in a restaurant that had a weird vibe… put out by who I assume was the owner/manager. She was very attentive and kept checking in with us. Our drinks were never empty! Thank you!The decor was nice, I suppose, and food was less than average (my steak was stone cold, not even exaggerating). Also, way too many walnuts. It felt strange and uncomfortable for guests, such as myself, to see the manager/owner neurotically readjusting the salt and pepper, chairs, and napkins repeatedly… on surrounding tables in an otherwise empty restaurant. He made us feel as if we were in his way.
