If I’m gonna order a large dish, I expect a large amount of food in my bowl. I got maybe a third bowl full of macaroni and cheese. If I had to wait a little bit extra, that would’ve been perfectly fine. But they didn’t make me wait, I don’t know whether or not they had enough macaroni, they might not have, like I said I would’ve been fine waiting.
I work in SLP and often get a bowl of your delicious tomato soup for lunch. However, the last two times I have ordered a bowl of soup with extra crackers I have not gotten any crackers and the amount of soup covered a quarter of the bowl. Very disappointing...
I ordered via the app and when I arrived I was informed my order had been stolen. I then proceeded to wait 45 min as I just assumed they were busy. I then asked a different employee the status of my order and then found out they hadn’t started making it yet. The order took a total of 5 min to complete once I asked. I have had no issue with this place before and that’s why it was so surprising when it seemed like my issue was just brushed off.
Just received the WORST door dash ever from this location. I've ordered from here before and didn't have any issues, but today was down right dissapointing. I ordered spaghetti with parmasean incrusted chicken and a side ceaser salad. My chicken was burned and looked all grey, there were also macaroni noodles in with my order.I also want to know the genius who thought two giant cookies were a good substitute for a salad??? If you're out, you refund the item, not waste food by putting in items the customer will not eat. I would have taken bread over cookies.
Normally this noodles is OK. Today, placed an order online for my wife, realized I wanted to change something and called to ask to modify it. No answer... for a good ten minutes on their robo-phone-menu. Weird, but, OK. Wife arrives, also no answer on phone, no response to the 'i'm here' button, front doors appear locked. Tried calling a few times now to get a refund and nobody answers. If you're closed, fine, but at least let your website know so that people can't place orders and be charged for food they wont get.
This is specifically for the Excelsior location of Noodles and Co. We have had two recent poor experiences. Ordering delivery off of their website the first time we had side items and my children’s drinks missing. For the second order we were delivered completely the wrong order. I immediately notified the driver who said that food is what they were given and they would see what they could do. 40 minutes later I still have the wrong food. The location will not answer their phone! The driver hasn’t been able to do anything - just sent me to support. I ended up calling the Knollwood location who said they would email the Excelsior location in order to get them to issue me a full refund. But at this moment it has been about two hours since I ordered my food - I haven’t been able to reach the store or actually get my refund. I am quite irritated and will not be working with this location again.
I love noodles but ordering via the app NEVER WORKS for this location specifically. I don’t know if it’s my device (apple), but whenever I try to check out the app never accepts payment or just crashes altogether. I just had a horrible experience where they were only accepting online/app orders for pickup, and once again the app wouldn’t work. To top it all off the employee at the store was being very rude and dismissive when I asked if I could just pay with them inside then go wait in my car; she kept saying no and said it wasn’t her problem. Terrible customer service
Staff were open and welcoming, food was cooked perfectly, much better than a couple of months ago… Felt welcomed by both cashiers and cooks, keep up the good work.
About the easiest place to get to on the bus that has Pad Thai.
first time there didn't know what to get so I seen a picture of Buffalo Chicken Mac n Cheese. so that's what I vote and it was delicious. got a Reg. size had to save some for dinner. I will be back. it was so good!
