Love this place... for online ordering - out of ten times they get the order wrong maybe twice. Which isn't too bad in my opinion
Probably a 3.5, but since there isn't a 3.5, and it's not quite a 4.0, here goes...Noodles & Co is one of my 'regular' casual dining chains. It's mostly dependable quality. the prices are fair, and the quantities aren't so large or small as to merit note. This is the second trip to this store in the past few weeks, and there's something just slightly off the mark here. It's NOT safety or anything like that - the taste is fine, no after effects, the store is clean, and the staff reasonably helpful, courteous and organized. But there is something about the prep that is not quite on par with other Noodles - in one case, the noodles were chopped up into kid-size bits, another the chicken cut into chunks that were a mouthful, in yet another dish the cilantro was more brush-like than herb stalks. So nothing serious, just odd. They do get marks for cooking the broccoli to the point it's not raw, and the potstickers were spot on.All that said, I'll continue to stop there when the urge strkes.
There policy is order online and then you can take out and I wasn't aware of that and then I would have to DL the app.and instead she happily took my order and had it ready in no time put together to a T! TYVM!
This place was great they let me order even though they were closed and in the past years Noodle & Company was always cheap on the amount of food they give you but now have decided to give you what you pay for
Customer service was below average. My bowl was half full. But food was on point.

Not a good experience today. I had to wait over 20 minutes last the time the online told me it would be ready. Definitely not worth $40 for like warm food.
I do not understand what is going on with the Columbia Heights Noodles and Co.It never seems to be open, you can’t order dinner on line, no matter what time you order (4pm-7pm). I’ve went to the store to place order and there were about 5 employees but the door was locked and none of them even acknowledged i was there or no sign on door at 6pm.I keep trying to give the store the benefit of the doubt with staffing issues but this is ridiculous.A explanation would be nice so we all stop trying to support your business.Are you open? Are you not? Are you only open for lunch? Every other Tuesday? What?
Closed all the time, online ordering rarely working. How do you stay in business if your not open.
I never received my order placed at 5:42pm with estimated delivery of 6:40pm. It is now 8:03pm and the restaurant closed at 7pm. Very frustrated. Please have someone contact me for a refund. Order confirmation 5473223473561602
