This isn't the first time I've ordered from My Burger at this location. This time was horrible. The bread was close to stale. The patty was burnt. The fries were cold. They forgot the cheese that I paid extra for. The soda had no ice and tasted watered down. What a letdown considering the first time I ever ordered was decent. The delivery driver from DoorDash was horrible too. Left my food outside to rot with no contact what so ever even though I specified contact! Like how am I supposed to know when my food is here with no notification? No text or call from the driver, no notification from DoorDash. What a complete failure of a driver and delivery service. Yikes...
Didn't care for the sweet pickles but the burger was good. I just sat down and the guy brought me my food. Literally just as I set the ketchup bottle down the guy comes out to grab all of the bottles. I'm assuming to fill them up. But he walks over and asks if I was done with it before I even took a bite of my food that was just served. I know I was there right at opening but do they not clean when they close? The tables, chairs, and booths were full of crumbs
Delicious! Took my kids here as we were passing through the city. Food was tasty, place was clean and the staff friendly. Love that they have jerk, Cajun and sweet potato fries.
I come to this my burger all the time and I am never disappointed I just went in and had brought some food home and my burger was extremely salty I couldn’t even finish it my boyfriends burger seemed to be fine I don’t want to be a pain but I was a really upset because I love my burger :(
I’ve never left a review for a restaurant before, but i was compelled to write this.. extremely friendly staff, clean, and THE FOOD!! i was expecting a flimsy burger and cold fries, but the food came out piping hot and the cook makes everything fresh. The shakes are also very good, got the strawberry shake and there was fresh strawberries in it… tasted homemade… Quite the delectable experience, and they sell beer from local breweries. Definitely going to be a returning customer:)))
Pretty pricey but overall very good. Staff was great and friendly and they surprisingly have many vegetarian options!
Pretty average burgers but they have a lot of cool toppings. The Cajun fries are amazing tho and you have to try their siracha Mayo and garlic Aoli sauces!
Burgers were delicious and service was fast and awesome... Lil on the spendy side for 2 burgers with fries and 2 shake's... Being like almost on the campus... Clean and inviting atmosphere... Thanks My Burger
This place is a local burger chain. They always have fresh burgers on the go! My favorite is the Black and Bleu! Add a eggs on it to spice things up!
The burgers where pretty good for being 10 dollars but what blew me away was how there were 50 people in the building and I got my burger in under 5 minutes
