Nice place but the people are all bad. Blew the party
My husband and I got married on October 1 at Muse Event Center (owned by Crave) and although we had a beautiful day, it was completely ruined by Muse Event Center and their staff.Almost all of Crave staffing our event was rude to us and guests. I am unable to get into too many details – but generally – the bartenders were cold and unfriendly, the event manager constantly pulled us off the dance floor to complain about our guests and ask questions (even though I had hired a day of coordinator), missed a table completely for dinner and closed the bar 3 times. Becky was our main contact throughout the whole planning, but the day of rehearsal, Becky emailed me and said Toni would be our main contact (little did we know would completely derail the day). Becky was nice but REALLY bad at communication. To the point of taking weeks to respond to each email.Even after they knew it was a total disaster because of their staff, they did not reach out for 2 weeks after the wedding (about a small refund for a contractual agreement), never apologized or took responsibility for their actions. We then had to hire a lawyer and drag on all the emotions only for them to offer us a few thousand dollars (much less than we had asked for back). Please be warned - Muse Event Center and Crave are NOT to be trusted. I would never wish this experience on anyone.We had to accept, due to lawyer fees (and not to mention the emotional toll). We refused to sign any type of NDA so I could help raise awareness to others regarding this awful venue staff.Sorry for the rant, this has been a very long and emotional situation of what should’ve been the happiest day of our lives.

This was a great Venue. I would recommend having a reception or private event at this location.

what a blessed lovely jamaica international night. plenty of Caribbean and African. had all race and best possible positive vibes. the reggae artist Charly Black and Indika Reggae Band and leta not forget the legendary king of soca who goes by Prince of Soca. and thanks for blessed blessing from Bout Dat life entertainment to Minnesota Marijuana. everyone showed me love except one person but she still showed respect. no error of the night until I was out of there n I was discriminated as the uber driver n police had to be involved. the show was more of ladies night and herbalist of the higrade ent and Minnesota marijuana.
