I wasn’t sure what to order - everything looked good! The man at the window - I assume one of the co-owners - steered me towards the Kheema Pav on the roll. Good choice!! Indian food I’ve had before was mostly curries over rice and Naan, so it was fun to have something different. The spice flavor of the lamb mixture was amazing, with just a little heat. Yum!
I highly recommend Muddy Tiger for both for a night out and for private catering! Jyotiee & Andrew brought their food truck to my house for a personal party and they were a huge hit! The food was delicious and loved by both Minnesotans & Indians. Plus, Jyotiee & Andrew are so much fun and the guests loved interacting with them. I cannot recommend Muddy Tiger enough!
Tried the Muddy Tiger for the first time while at Bad Weather Brewery in Saint Paul. Wow! The first bite was one of those that made me groan with the deliciousness and familiarity of it. I have never been to India but this food felt like home in a lovely way. The combination of flavors was perfect and the slaw gave it a light freshness that is surprising. The portions were just right, and the service was friendly and fast. I will be on the lookout for this food truck so I can try some of the other dishes!
Excellent authentic Indian street food option in the Twin Cities! The vada pav with that garlic punch and those coriander seeds was on point. Took me right back to my Pune days. The tawa chicken was absolutely delightful. The kheema pav could have been spicier. I will come back for vada pav and tawa chicken. Did not get to try sabudana vada though - must have been great since they were sold out.PS - The owners are genuinely nice people. The lady offered a bespoke non-spicy version for my friend with minimal tolerance to spicy food. Thank you for the generosity!
Super delicious for being served out of a truck!
One of the best food trucks in Minneapolis.
Best food I’ve had from a food truck. Was very fresh and authentic tasting. Will definitely be back
Fantastic, authentic taste and super hospitality by Andrew and Jyoti. All the very best team Muddy Tiger
I got the chicken sandwich and it was very good, loved the spices and toppings. I think it was Texas toast for the bread?? Very nice. Would get again.
It's been 8 years since I moved to the states from Pune, Maharashtra. This food truck definitely took me back to Pune through the food. They bring all the marathi flavors to the table without making it overly spicy. Personal favorites were Vada pav & the Pav bhaji. Awesome job guys !!
