Very cute, pretty good. The oat milk soft serve was super salty and not as creamy as other oat milk soft serve I’ve had, but the salt could be the specific flavors (panna cotta and raspberry). The vanilla (lactose free) was delicious. We will definitely come back, but may ask for a sample before committing to the oat milk flavors.
Not perfect but not bad at all. I purchased a bourbon caramel fudge brownie specialty cone. Did it taste good? Sure, but it was put together weird. There was a single drizzle of caramel on top but the bourbon infused caramel was located at the very bottom of the cone. Problematic no? While visiting I asked multiple customers to rate the ice cream. The average of 11 people came out to be a 6.7 out of 10. This statistic alone does not define the entirety of this establishment though. Ironically pleasing merchandise followed up with a polite lively staff and a comfortable outdoor seating area sets you up for an enjoyable time. Single person, 3rd date, or a family outing? No worries! An interesting experience comes free with ever cone!
This place is MAD COOL! This place is friendly for vegan, dairy free and gluten-free too. I got cake batter/Blue moon twist add to topping is puppy chow, peanut butter bark and peanut. My partner got vanilla/chocolate twist add to topping PB monster dough include vegan rainbow waffle. So so good. Highly recommend STOP BY!
Fun atmosphere with so many ice cream topping options!! Three basic ice cream flavors (chocolate, vanilla, twist) and three vegan flavors. I loved the dynamic of the slightly salty cookie dough against the sweet ice cream. Lots of seating outdoors in front of the building (or have a beer next door at Able with your ice cream). Bonus: bike racks out front!
The only place I get soft serve from. They always have 4 flavors available; chocolate & vanilla, and two vegan flavors they rotate between, such as cake batter, salted caramel, dark chocolate. They have tons of topping options, including more vegan options. Definitely stop by if you're in the area!
MN Nice Cream is so good! Their cookie dough topping is honestly one of the best I’ve ever had. I always get it. Their topping options are really fun, delicious, and unique, and the shop is super cute for photo ops! To be honest, I don’t love the vegan ice cream options they’re not as creamy as the dairy ones (makes sense); but, if I feel like the vegan flavors would be awesome if I didn’t eat dairy. Either way, still a big fan. And I mean, free glitter?!?!NE Minneapolis is great in general, and I love that this pop icon ice cream shop is in my favorite part of the city! Keep an eye out for the small mouse homes on walls when you’re there ?
The best ice cream place for gluten free and vegan ice cream! Cake batter ice cream + monster cookie dough + puppy chow + a rainbow cone. They really pack it all in there, so I asked for it in a cup with the cone on the side. You can break the cone up into your ice cream and eat the whole thing with a spoon!

Average. Granted, I went in with high expectations. It was fine. Nothing bad or anything. It's just regular soft serve ice cream with some regular toppings. I expected something interesting or unique. This fell short. Staff was nice and quick. There's a couple tables and some standing space.
One of our favorite ice cream places in the cities! It's not often you come across a place with such fun soft serve flavors - but what really makes MN Nice Cream fun is their toppings. They're not your ordinary toppings - they've got every topping you can imagine. My personal favorite are the edible glitter and the toasted marshmallows. This is a must-stop.
