Slow. Hampered in part by staff (or at least front-end staff) having little to no command of English. Alarming and inexcusable.Throw in long wait times, everything tasting bland at best, food that should be hot is tepid to cold; the incredible never-cease SHRINKING portions and skyrocketing prices... on and on.Amazed McDonald's corporate hasn't cleaned house long ago and restarted things to what it *should* be.
The vanilla iced coffee is one of my favorite I always ask for them to use half the flavoring and it's always delicious, I've had other locations either make it normally with all the sugary syrup or not put any in like it's a difficult request ??♀️This location is always on point !?
Went through the drive-thru to order a breakfast meal and the cashier charged me for the coffee that was included with my meal, went back into the store to ask about it and he had told me that's the way they charge now. Then I went online to order my breakfast and it did not charge me for the coffee, cashier was wrong and overcharged me.
This is absolutely horrible. Got a medium fry with my meal. Worst fries ever ??. Like ok I can see 2-3 little burnt ones but literally half the fries were burnt, soggy, really hard. And the amount of salt? Not just this time but before, the fries are always salted heavy by some guy, works afternoon. Never looking to return to this location. 42nd and Hiawatha has lower prices anyway
Need better service at the drive through barely say thank you for have a nice day all depends on who is at the register or taking orders or handing out orders. They definitely need to improve in customer service skills if they had that they would be given 5 stars because they do everything else really good but don't really acknowledge or communicate with there customers.
Worst place ever, service or should I say lack of customer service. Only stopped because was spending day with 73year old mom whom loves the hot fudge sundaes. I can't even phantom how I use to like their garbage food.
Worst experience ever! I tried to order fries and the lady put in sprite instead. I then told her it was fries, then she started having a attitude and said “next time tell me it’s fries”. I’ve never experienced this. How rude ?

Not a very friendly atmosphere. I asked them if they could please make sure the fries were fresh & hot the lady acted like she didn't want to tell them. Then the guy in the back said the fries are always fresh & hot but that's not true. I've come here many times & fries weren't hot. The fries used to be alot bigger for a large size. Now the medium is a small size & the large is a medium size. They kinda throw together the burgers in such a quick way & don't put enough toppings on them. On the mobile app you can only use 1 coupon per visit which I think is absurd. They closed off the beverage section in the restaurant so now you can't get refills. The Hi-C soda is completely watered down making it taste like sugared water. Not sure about the rest of the sodas. For the $$ we spend here they could at least do a much better job.
I love using the app, it saves me money every time. I didn't understand the drive-thru worker for the life of me but he understood everything i said and got the order correct so that's a plus.
