Food is a hit and miss...definitely a miss the last time I went there and the milk shake machine didn't work...at 1pm?! That's the third time in a row that the milk shake machine didn't work. I think the crew doesn't want to work. It's McDonald's for Christ's sake. And what's this no drive up after 10pm bs? And maybe train the drive thru staff...took 15 mins to order two rubbery cheeseburgers and two chicken sandwiches. Just close it and put a Hardee's there instead.
My order was prepared in an efficient manner. The food was fresh and I had every sauce that I asked for. I had an extremely large order and everything was correct. The staff was kind to the inebriated passengers and the contents of the bag were neat. Best nuggets I’ve had in a while. Definitely worth the wait.
The food was as it should be, the timing was just fine, but there was no toilet paper in the bathroom whatsoever, and they only have hand dryer‘s. Generally speaking, if you’re a woman. . .there are twelve “special” times that strike each year and this happen to be one of them. I was less than pleased with the lack of paper products. ?
Any time I go here after 10 they say they are only taking online orders, despite there not being a single other car, when I place the online order and go back through the drive through they say they can't make the order at the time due to being short staffed. I understand they are short staffed but you really can't make an order of a 6 peice nuggets and fries? I can clearly see there are at least 3 people in there and there are no other cars, at that point just close early if you're gonna refuse every order that comes through
Overnight shift always has something wrong i.e. cash only (no credit/debit cards), mobile orders only (can't pull up to drivethru and order) or some other issue. I don't know why it is like this but it's inconvenient and I will steer away from going here from now on.
Great location but not particularly clean and lots of distressed customers that take shelter in or around the parking lot sometimes driving carelessly or in risk-seeking ways. We used to love to stop there but it’s been a mediocre experience and the value proposition for the food is getting worse.
There was a long line for the drive thru and because it was after 10p the lobby was closed so the wait was long, but an employee came out and let us know that they were doing the best they could and asked us to bear with them as only 2 or 3 people showed up for work. He was friendly and it was good customer service to let us know.
Says online that it’s open 24 hours. We went to the door and it’s locked, however, there’s definitely people working inside. The ordering screen is coned off and has also been turned off. If it’s not 24 hours, change the times online.
I have lived in the area almost all of my life and McDonald's remodeled recently and it's got an awesome Dining room and the food was great . But I gotta say I went in there this morning which is Sunday and it's a approximately 9 AM And I did not enjoy the dining room atmosphere. I am not intimidated by anybody but when I have to eat around homeless people that are mumbling to themselves falling asleep and have their bags Spreadout On the tables they were sitting at. and this isn't just 1 or 2 people this was like 7 or 8 different tables. management should be taking care of this and telling them they have to leave to make paying customers feel comfortable. I'm very disappointed about the way they handle their business in the dining room.
ordered a mcgriddle and they literally gave me bread and cheese. thank god i opened the sandwich in the car and didn't wait til i got home so i could go back and get it made correctly.not to mention twice now I've mobile ordered and used a reward (free happy meal, free sandwich, etc) only to pull up to the window and have them try to tell me i need to pay for the item i used my points for. when i say no, i already paid and used a reward, they literally just stare blankly and say "it's more." it's not even worth arguing bc they don't listen or maybe just don't understand. i'm not sure what's so hard about properly processing a mobile order/reward but it's clearly difficult for these people.
