Place was fairly clean. Employees were alright. All in all no complaints.
I went to go pick up an order & the lady asked me for the number & walked away while my order was sitting there for atleast 10 minutes. How incompetent can you be? I guess yall are 30+ years old working at mcdonalds what else should I expect
Walk up or drive through only. No place to sit outside if you walk up. Was told in June 2022 that the dining room might reopen in a year or so due to facility upgrades and scuzzball customers. My guess is dining room will never reopen, so if you don’t have a car in February in Minneapolis, they don’t want your business. When you order their stuff through a delivery service they keep the drivers sitting in que and you get food that tastes like it’s a week old. They should close this store so someone could use the real estate for a more neighborhood friendly restaurant.
Just before the COVID-19 pandemic, the restaurant had remodoled its indoor seating area. Although other McDonald's locations now allow indoor dining, this particular restaurant still does not allow customers inside the premises. Customers must either order from their vehicles or oder at the stand-up window at the front of the premises. Ordering and waiting for orders can be lengthy and condiments must be requested with the order as they are not automatically included with orders. It is best to order from the McDonald's app as it saves time.
WOW!! 1st time coming to this location and the customer service was actually PHENO-MENALLLLLL! The woman at the window was very polite, efficient, seemed to genuinely appreciate her job ND customers. Her accent was also too cute to boot. If McDonald's everywhere had more employees like her I'm sure more people like me wouldnt mind loosening up their belts to enjoy some good ol' McD's!!!!
Service was pretty quick, they were friendly, food was hot and fresh, but the caramel iced coffee was not good. (Cofee review from a family member)
Staff is always really friendly and the order is always correct. But management should be reprimanded because it is always super understaffed and therefore the line crawls with the morning breakfast rush. All to say, this is not the place to come if you only have a minute or two for a quick drive through experience. Please allow yourself at least five to eight minutes to get through the line.
We love the walk up window. The unfortunate thing is there is huge collection of trash in area around window. Server today was incredibly rude. He didn't give me a cup holder or bag and didn't get bag setup for carry. I had to keep asking for each item. I didn't initially know how to put cup holder in bag which caused spillage. And the bag was soaked.
Yes this McDonald's are open ans are ready to except customers to dine in or Take out delivery there are my hours are Monday through Sunday from 5:30 a.m. to 9 p.m. every day
Extremely terrible wrong food over charged thru cashier called me a white trash the only thing that would make me choose to ever go back is if this was made right I know if I ran the restaurant I would refund the person and a gift of some sort
