Everything was great, besides the food runner serving the food over the table then dropping it and saying “be careful” to me.. very strange. Please serve from behind the guest and make sure they have a grip (a half a second is not enough). If it falls on the guest, don’t blame them and walk away. Food was amazing, server was great. Ambiance 100.
I ordered the ceviche which was outstanding. There was a decent size portion the sauce was very tasty and the pieces of fish were plentiful. My friends that were there with me or did a Cubano sandwich and a grain bowl. We were all members of The clean plate club tonight.
Such a friendly and warm environment walking in. Everything on the menu that I tried was amazing. Cocktails were very unique. Waiters were incredibly patient, kind, and anticipated all our needs. Could not have asked for a better experience. This place should be on more of “best of Twin Cities” lists.
Pura vida! A great spot for a sit down lunch/dinner. We had happy hour appetizers of fried plantains, guacamole, ceviche, and chicharrones. My husband got the casado - rice, beans, pork, cabbage. We enjoyed the food and atmosphere very much.
My girlfriend and I came here on the week leading up to Christmas and it was a wonderful restaurant atmosphere. The food was delicious and the waiter was super nice. For example, I already paid the bill and remembered we brought a coupon, and she we went the extra mile to make sure we got a new bill with the discount applied. 10/10 would recommend.
As a local Bird-Town native, I was so happy to see a place like Marna’s hit main street. Not only is the food AMAZING, the atmosphere & staff are both outstanding. Cannot recommend this place enough! Check them out!
you know me being from Costa Rica ?? I came in with high expectations and let me tell you what this place is the real deal. it felt like I was back home and my grandmother was cooking for me..... excellent food great service
Enjoyed brunch today and had a wonderful server. The bloody mary was the closest to a Wisconsin style garnish that we have seen. The breakfast arepa with carnitas, side of french toast, and avocado toast were all fantastic.We will definitely be back to try other items on their menu. Might need to get a flight of mimosas.
First off we had a great waitress, Mel! All of our food was fabulous! plantain appetizer. Mahi dinner & a chicken & beans something. 2 desserts. We will definitely be back!! Keep up the great service & food!
I was so blown away by the food here, and by our amazing waitress Mel! She had the best recommendations, and it was the best service I’ve had in a really long time! Thank you Mel!!!For food definitely worth it to get the Arroz con Huevo small plate as an app. It was a fav from everyone when we ordered it. Wish I would have taken a pic, it was bomb dot com.For dessert we got the coconut flan and tres leches. Mel said her favorite was the tres leches, and it was DEF mine too. I grew up eating tres leches and it’s the best tres leches I’ve had in a very very long time. (actually took a pic of this one) Also, bomb dot com.I will def come here if I’m ever in town again. ?
