UPDATE: Servers will add gratuity to the check automatically. I’m all about tipping and a living wage, but I was charged almost 30% tip - way more than the service provided. No signage of extra charge for groups (I had a group of 5). Make sure to check before they decide to charge you, that was definitely my mistake. Minus 1 star for this.I’d like to honestly give this place 3.5, but Google won’t let me. I love the individual pots. Service can get pretty chaotic, and the space for hot pot is small and crowded. Got the house spicy broth with level 2 spice and 1 numbness - all it tasted like was spice. I didn’t have much other flavor. Original broth wasn’t much to rave about. My husband got the mushroom broth which was really flavorful. either. Lamb was tasty and cooked fast. Veggies were really fresh which can be hard to come by with hot pot. Overall, pretty decent. Just my review of the place. Others who’ve reviewed seem to like it more.

2 stars because it was one of our favorite hot pot place in the twin cities. I hope someone else come up with an individual hot pot place soon. They close at 10 but apparently were "closed" when we got there at 845. Would be nice if they had a time listed of when they stop seating so people wouldn't waste their time and money paying for parking.

Always love it! It’s fun to cook it yourself, it’s YUMM to have the fresh and hot cooked food! **Caution! it’s hot!

They give themselves a 20% tip added to your bill automatically, no matter what kind of service they provide, so please keep that in mind if you go here. It's only shown on a small white sign on the front desk and no one mentioned it to us before we signed, so my boyfriend ended up tipping them another 25% on top of that. Just a heads up.The service wasn't the best, I understand they are short staffed but also there was only us and two other small groups there. It was our first time trying hot pot so we really did not know what to expect or what to pick. Online it shows combos you can get, which seemed perfect for us. However when we got there and asked for them we were told they no longer offer the combos. We had to order everything individually which costs us way more for a fraction of the variety. Also please note, because I had no idea, that if you order eggs they are not hard boiled like the photo, but are raw. That may be common for Hotpot places, I had no idea at all and figured maybe other people may not as well so that's why I mention it.Again, this was our first time trying hot pot so we really did not know what to do and were not given any directions on warming our broths, which unfortunately one of ours ended up overflowing over the table rather quickly. So keep an eye on it!The food itself was pretty good, the pork bone broth was very flavourful and the sauces you can mix yourself adds depth to the dish. The quality of the meats seemed pretty decent but not amazing, the other items were standard. You get very few udon noodles when you order them so if you're really hungry I'd recommend ordering 2.Overall, I don't think I'll be trying this particular place again, but I do plan on trying other hot pot places available in the area. To me, it just was not worth the price for what you receive. The service was lacking, and the automatic tipping just makes me not want to come back. I'd hope they would take these reviews into consideration but seeing as it's the same criticisms over and over, I have my doubts.

This made me fall in love with hot pot. The broth flavors are so good, the portion of food you order is great, the taste of the food is soooo good. I always order the muscles because it makes my soup taste seafoody and I love it. Ingredients are so fresh. I love how you can customize your ingredients and it turns into whatever flavor you want. You can create your own sauce so it can be a different experience everytime. Please go to this one than Tasty Pot. Tasty Pot is a joke.

Delicious food and boba tea. I appreciated the individual pots. Less communal, but easier to gauge how long your own food is cooking. And each person gets to choose their own broth, which is great for any vegetarians in the group!

Had a great time here! My first time at hot pot and food was super good and it was fun to cook. I ordered the spicy broth 3 stars and it was almost too spicy to me, and I eat spicy korean & jamacian foods often so I was surprised. Still tasty just fyi. Our server was really friendly but when we needed something service was a little slow. But as long as your not in a rush you'll be fine. The hot pot was in the back and in the front was king fu tea. On our way out we grabbed some delicious bobba tea.

We absolutely loved this restaurant and will def be back! I’ve already recommended it as well! Great service and food!

Horrible customer service, by the time we almost were done eating we finally got our rice. Never once did the waiter came and checked up on us or anything at all. We had to ask 2/3X for our rice, he dropped some of our meat on the table & did not replace it after offering to. To start with they sat a larger family that walked in after my s/o & I down first. Seemed like the waiters attended everyone but my table literally asking people around them how are they doing or if they need anything, seating and welcoming people but for my table never once did they make eye contact with us???

First time having hot pot and we loved the concept and it was really good food! The build your own sauce bar had a lot of options and I liked the suggestions for the mixes. I'm taking off some stars because the prices for the add on ingredients were kind of high and added up really quickly. Also, the restaurant only had one poor server for 9 tables who also acted as the host. It took us a little over an hour to get our food from the moment we got sat. We felt like we had to rapid fire our order because my little brother took a little too long and the server left us for 15-20 more minutes while we thought about our order even though the rest of us knew what we wanted. Again, not the servers fault because he had to do so much by himself but they definitely need to hire one or two more servers.
