Lemon chicken with cheese puffs were good. Other dishes looked stale like they had been sitting there for hours. Staff friendly, restaurant clean. Will go back.

I placed an online order for delivery. A couple items were missing from the order so I called. The gal I talked to was very pleasant and apologized, and offered to refund the missing items. I asked if they could deliver the missing items instead, she said I'd have to place another order. So I did, but of course that means I ended up paying the service and delivery fees again. An offer to comp the fees for the second order, or even the entire order would have been nice. No such offer was given.I understand, mistakes happen. Some compensation would be nice though.Otherwise the food was good and the interaction was fine. I'd give 4 or 5 stars if not for the underwhelming service.
Absolutely awful service. Accepted a doordash order for this location and waited 5 minutes inside the store with my hot bag. After 5 minutes, I still wasn’t even acknowledged so I unassigned the orders. I don’t mind waiting a few minutes but to just blatantly ignore someone standing there is so rude. Will never recommend this location or accept orders from here.

Honestly the food has gone down hill, customer service was good but food was nasty. The food get really old, and for 3 people it was 41 dollars. I could have gone to baker square for the same price and had a much better experience.
I was here just the other day, and this one of my favorite le ann chins. No matter if there is no line or a line going out the door, they always provide prompt, but friendly service. That I feel like that I am only person in line. Of course on my most recent visit, I was able to get some of favorite entrees like sweet and sour chicken and of course orange chicken which actually tasted pretty good. What I like was how not only was it made fresh, but it is absolutely filling as well. So much so that not only do I have my lunch, but dinner as well. Yet some cream cheese wontons and an eggroll with my order is a complete meal. It is actually fun to go back, especially since I can actually now dine-in.
Food was fresh, staff very accommodating & restaurant was clean & well maintained. Highly recommend.
Cream cheese puffs are the best! My daughter got food poisoning from the bourbon chicken last night. The fried rice formula must have changed, as it’s very sticky and overdone. I’ve seen this multiple times. We will be looking for a new Chinese fast food restaurant.
