I love coming to Kbop as we are big fans of Bibimbap.Parking can be a little tricky if you come during busy hours, but we always managed to park on the street.Their menu is straightfoward and they have a good variety of dishes. You will walk over the counter and order there. They will call your number. Sitting is limited, so keep that in mind.I usually get the hot stone bibimbap because I really like the crispy rice at the bottom. I always take leftovers as the portions are big. Another dish that I always order is their kimchi pancakes, they are so tasty and the dipping sauce is perfect for them. When I think of good bibimbap, korean wings and kimchi, Kbop always come to mind.

Food was amazing!! Perfect portion and flavors! Will definitely go back!

Great food and music! We got japchae with beef, katsudon, beef bulgogi, and some gimbap. The portion sizes are nice, but the bulgogi was a little salty -- overall it's a good place to eat.

I was really wanting to try some DukBokki and Kim Bap for the first time after seeing it on the menu at a different Korean Restaurant, so I dragged my partner to KBOP Korean Bistro!I wanted to go here because they had the DukBokki listed on their menu as an appetizer; and since it was my first time trying it, I didn't want a full entrée-sized order. The restaurant was really modern and clean. I loved to atmosphere! My partner and I split both appetizers and I fell in love with the DukBokki! The rice cakes were so soft and chewy and the sauce was really delicious, with a little kick of heat/spice.The Kim Bap was also good, but for some reason it tasted a bit on the salty side. I'm not sure if it's supposed to taste that salty, but that's truly the only thing I didn't like about it. I will definitely need to try it again for a better review. The food was great, the staff was nice and the prices were very reasonable! I would definitely recommend this place for those of you wanting quick Korean food for a good price.** Also, I'm not sure about the spelling of DukBokki and I don't want to offend anyone. I've seen it spelled multiple ways, but KBOP Korean Bistro has it spelled like "DukBokki" on their menu, so I'm using their spelling within this review :)

Pretty decent, given that they cater to the University students. Pretty decent portions. What you see on the menu is deceiving; the portion is larger. The food is tad too sweet, but I asked for my dish to be prepared spicy and it was pretty spicy.

Authentic, fun, and delicious food!!! Don't be surprised if it's a little smoky when you come in. That's pretty common :)

If I lived in Minneapolis instead of just visiting, I'd go here often. The portions are large, the 3 sides they give you in addition to your main entrée make you feel like you are getting a great value and variety for what you pay, and the food comes out sizzling (actually sizzling) on a cast Iron platter on your tray. Whoever came up with the idea for this place got it right. Great food, piping hot, 3 standard sides for a variety in taste and texture, and prices low enough I'd come back regularly instead of just on special occasions.

All the food we tried was excellent. First time going and never tried Korean food before and I really enjoyed all of it! Polite staff and really nice environment

#17. It was very good! That's an egg at the top, covering a bowl of rice that is complimented with shrimp and squid. Bomb, SON!

Very fast service, friendly and foods were awesome! Reasonable and very good volume.
